Every Job should be treated as a new Job or a new build, just because house is pre existing does not mean that the standards can not be the same as a new build. Contractor comments was this is not a new build and that i was being picky. I feel that if i am spending my hard earn money i should get 100% satisfaction. Some of Allied's customers may not be familiar with construction but some are. Most subject that i am disappointed in is that contract details of what allied was to do during installation of siding was not followed or not read, many times i had to remind crew to install insulation where needed and door and window tape. In addition i had to pay out of my pocket a other contractor to repair brick that was nocked totally out or brick that was lose during window installation. i also discovered one window frame that is cracked.

The work was done and everything was great. The only issues was that the paint color was not what we originally thought. 

They did a great job and the house looks new. I'd recommend them to anybody and I already have.

They did a wonderful job from start to finish.

We are very happy with the finished product but had some issues after that are still very frustrating. Our garage door was broken during the process and we were instructed to have the door fixed and we would be reimbursed. I forwarded the receipt on 8/31/18 and it's 10/19/18 and I am STILL waiting on reimbursement and have called the office countless times trying to get answers. We also had a few penetrating nails damage the inside of the house and were told someone would be calling to schedule repairs and are also still waiting. I was hoping all these issues would be settled so I could give a glowing survey but realized I'd be waiting for way too long.

Allied Siding & Windows - Houston was very professional and did everything in a timely manner.

Overall good work and attention to detail. Final paint job was mediocre. All aspects of the work was done by subs and not their own crews. Not sure they have their own.

They were excellent and the whole crew was great.

They were extremely professional and worked very hard to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and even made a few suggestions along the way.

The crew that was sent to our house was not part of a Allied's construction group. They were contracted by Allied through another construction company. There were issues with paying the siding crew that were hired off the street. There were issues with the paint company not being professional. They caulked around the front windows and it looked horrible. I had to have a roofing company come and replace shingles around the windows and some where caulk was dropped. That cost me another $1000. The warranty people and Oscar were very helpful getting everything finally finished.

I'm very pleased with the product and installation. Jesus did a great job.

I enjoyed Allied Siding & Windows. The siding is very pretty. Everyone was very professional. I would recommend Allied Siding & Windows to anyone. I am very satisfied with the job.

I'm glad I made the decision to purchase Allied Siding for my home. The salesperson was very professional, the installers were courteous and did a great job. My home looks great!

My husband and I saw Allied advertised on the Debra Dunking show and we were impressed with their presentation. We interview one other person and we were not sure about them so we went back to Allied. Everything Allied recommended they were knowledgeable of and were able to answer all of our questions. The workers came and did their job in a timely manner, they were gracious and very courteous and we could not be more pleased with the windows and siding. We have also tying to push our daughter towards getting her windows done as well.
