Very professional. They showed up at the time they said they would and worked to the very last minute. The workers cleaned up after themselves. We asked for adjustments to be made as. The project went along and they made the adjustments with no problem or any pushback. I am very happy with the work. I highly recommend Carpenter’s Touch.

From beginning to end, The Carpenter's Touch was a pleasure to work with. They catered to all of my detailed requests and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Diane, the sales associate, was an absolute God send. She came to my house and walked me through the initial pre-quote stage and from that moment on she was in constant communication with me and answered all of my questions along the way. After doing a full home renovation, with not-always-amazing laborers, it made me feel so good to have found Carpenter's Touch.

Carpenter's Touch did an incredible job at our house. Junior helped me through the entire process and even accommodated a last minute decision. They replaced our old vinyl siding, paid attention to the smallest details, cleaned up everyday and were very professional. I highly recommend Carpenter's Touch - you will not regret it!

Very happy with the design recommendations and work product. I wanted to see homes with different colors in shingles and Diane find the homes for me to see even if they did not do that project. It really helped me make my color decision. The model Carpenter's Touch is like a commercial project- they bring a lot of workers in to get the job done timely.

I recently worked with Carpenter's Touch to design and install HardiePlank siding on my home in Bergen County, NJ. We had a great experience overall and two noteworthy elements were our experience with Diane throughout the process, and the final quality/look of the job. First, Diane is an incredible team member to work with. During the design phase, we went back and forth with her countless times to ensure the house looked just right. Diane was consistently patient, supportive, and contributed to the process. I apologized for having so many back and forths and it was clear that Diane is truly invested her work and a leader in the industry; she wanted to work with me until it was absolutely perfect. Diane provided to be an invaluable partner throughout all stages of the process, from communicating needs about the daily job sign to arranging for final payment. Additionally, the overall quality of the job was outstanding. We live in an old cape from the 30's and the high quality craftsmanship of the workers at Carpenter's Touch has truly turned our home around. The outside is beautiful and we are confident this will last for many years to come. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience and would recommend Carpenter's Touch to others looking for new siding on their home.

The Carpenter's Touch did a fantastic job of replacing the shakes on our 120 year old house. We wanted to keep our wood trim and have it painted and they provided a great painter for the job. Rotted wood was replaced as needed and when a gutter was found to be in need of replacement, a crew was on site the same day. They were responsive and flexible and I have already recommended them to friends.

They were phenomenal to work with, and their team was very helpful and knowledgeable about complicated home projects. Each team member was extremely professional and attended to all my questions and any issues that arose from having an older home. They addressed them using the highest quality method. The end result of my roofing and siding projects exceeded my expectations.

I believe this was one of my best experiences when it come to home remodeling amazing job skills and I really appreciate junior for his attention and details and the price was really good not like other companies that only care about making the most money out this company was fair since day one (and I did 7 appraisal )before contacting carpenters touch thank you guys again

From our vision to project completion, The Carpenter's Touch consistently provided a professional and high quality experience, as well as being extremely flexible when we adjusted our plans and made changes to our large project. Junior and all the members of the team worked diligently and efficiently to meet our projected timetables and provided a result even nicer than we expected. We would highly recommend them and plan to use The Carpenter's Touch again for a future project.

Junior and the team were very professional and they finished the job in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the exterior siding and the new roof.

Carpenter's Touch is a great company to use, they are honest, responsive and caring. They help fix your problem and very reasonable for price, definitely reach out to them for roofing or siding projects. They also will come out to help if there issues to be reviewed after the work is complete, they back their work up with their warranty.

The work quality of Junior and his staff was beyond professional. They were meticulous in everything that they did and far exceeded my expectations. Junior was responsive to my requests and concerns. On construction jobs, there are always times when things aren’t completed as expected. The few times that I noticed that things had been done differently than I requested, Junior corrected them without hesitation or discussion. He agreed and addressed it immediately. His prices were reasonable and the final product was beautiful. I only wish that I had more houses that he could work on.

Junior was nice and super professional, and complied with every request that I made, without "nickel and diming" me. Luis and Walter were very knowledgeable with installing my Hardee siding, and also a pleasure to be involved with. I wish all of my sub-contractors were like Carpenter's Touch.

Everyone at Carpenter's Touch has been a true professional. There have been some unforeseen glitches along the way with the construction project, but everyone, from the owner and salesperson to the crew on site, have worked diligently to figure out satisfactory solutions. They obviously take great pride in their work and reputation!

This was huge whole house exterior renovation. I was apprehensive about the multiple things that could go wrong with such a massive project. Junior and his crew handled it all while reassuring me that any of my questions and concerns would be addressed. If you need siding, roofing, patio work, you have found the right company!

They are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. They are professional and courteous. They will bend over backward for any questions or decisions that need to be made. The owner, Junior, made a special trip to my house because I was indecisive and worried. There are not enough good things to say. The crew was excellent, polite, and courteous. If something was wrong, they changed it with no problems.

They displayed levels of performance, knowledge and dedication. If you are doing a siding job on your home this is the contractor for you. Note that James Hardie Lap siding is not your average siding install and requires only the best of carpentry. Junior and his team will add levels of confidence, support, knowledge and experience not only on James Hardie, but on any siding job.
