We were thrilled with Chicagoland Builders. They are everything you are looking for in a contractor. The work was of the highest quality. They were absolutely professional from start to finish. We won't hesitate to recommend them.

In 2020 I hired Chicagoland Builders to a major facelift on my home. There were some problems along the way, but Chicagoland Builders stood behind their product and made everything perfect. I was so pleased that I hired them again in 2021 to do a major facelift on my garage. The work was done in a timely manner and the property was always cleared of any debris when the crew left for the day. They were courteous, professional and did excellent work.

Mike and Oscar were amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the results and we’ve received compliments from several neighbors.

The company was great to deal with from beginning to end. Everything went well and I have no complaints. The salesman, Mike, knew everything to deal with, he even brought things to my attention that I didn't even think about.

I loved them! I have used them for my windows and now my siding and when I get to my next project I will probably use them again.

Our experience with Chicagoland Builders was phenomenal. It took us over 2 years to finally decide to move forward with the project, as it was a big $ investment. Chicagoland Builders was the only company that kept in touch with us over that period of time and did not automatically increase the quote just because it was a 'new year' and 'cost of materials' increased (which another well known company tried to tell us). We were added to the schedule immediately and the team worked through the wet spring at every opportunity they could, even if it was only a few hours a day. The quality of work was impeccable and when decisions were required on how to handle flashing installation, the team set it up both ways so it was much easier to make a decision. The only thing I can think of that could be improved upon is the guidance provided in choosing a color. I would have preferred a recommendation or more guidance, as opposed to a list of completed houses to visit that had the colors we were considering. That aside, everyone was professional, polite and thorough. The team did a great job! I would highly recommend working with Chicagoland Builders!

I had trouble getting responses and acceptable suggestions from contractors, possibly because it was peak season. Chicagoland came right out, gave me suggestions for changes and even added some improvements that I didn't expect. The workmen were very attentive, doing that little extra at each step. The outcome after remodeling the outside of a 30 year old house was tremendous, we have gotten many many compliments on how new and attractive the house now looks. We are very pleased with the results.

My whole experience with Chicagoland Builders was great! We had our whole house done in Hardie and it turned out perfect. They were reasonably priced compared to other contractors and their work quality was spot on.

All of the staff at Chicagoland Builders were courteous and receptive to our needs/concerns throughout the process. Everyone was very professional. The project manager kept us informed each day about what was happening and the work was completely in a timely manner. We are so happy with the Hardie siding and have received many compliments from our neighbors. Our house is 25 years old, but the new siding and gutters almost makes it look like new construction. We would certainly use Chicagoland Builders for any future major renovations that we might need.

I am still waiting for my gutters to be fixed. Also for some reason the down the spouts don't go to ground.

I was more than pleased. My house is beautiful. It is my dream home!

Chicaoland Builders upgraded an addition I had on my house. It was a project I had some serious concerns about and Mike completely understood my concerns and addresses them all. He went above and beyond my expectations. I could not have been more pleased with work that was done and I know we got a great price based on comparable estimates for the same job. Chicagoland Builders executed the vision I had for my exterior home renovation with professionalism, timeliness, and skillful workmanship. Prior to meeting with Mike Rossier, I had been trying to GC the project myself and piece together contractors for the siding, the concrete, window installation and carpentry. When Mike said he could do the whole project, including scheduling, ordering materials and managing the crew, I was so relieved and felt confident handing my plans to him. Additionally, the customer service I experienced every time I had a concern or question was responsive and solutions-focused. My project turned out just as I had envisioned, and I would highly recommend Chicagoland Builders.

We were so happy with everything. They were nice, professional, and courteous. Their crew was very good. My husband and I were extremely happy with the work and the staff. It was such a wonderful experience. We always do our own work and decided to go with someone else because we are getting older. They exceeded our expectations!

I had a very small job that a lot of other companies wouldn't even consider. Chicagoland Builders took it on, did it quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them on a larger job.

Top notch job they did for me! Had the opportunity to be there one day when the crew were there, got to watch and talk with them a bit, very clean, professional, explained some things they were doing and why. VERY thorough! Had a new roof, siding, gutters, sofit, top to bottom well done.
