A very professional crew and a five-star job!

Great job in a timely matter!

The first person we encountered with Dr. Roof was Jeff Kimber, who presented his company with thorough explanations of products available, scheduling, concerns for the neighborhood adapting to roofers being in the community, many hours of each day. Jeff has been a constant source of information, when we needed to question him on any matters. Our community will be completing phase 3 of our roof replacements, starting Dec. 2nd, and we look forward to having Hector and his staff, or other qualified supervisors, to complete our work. This will be finishing 102 townhomes, plus our clubhouse and mailbox area building. Our homeowners are very pleased with the quality of work done, and the work ethic of the crews. Thank you. Dr Roof is a local company that does good work. They are not necessarily the least expensive, but most of the work they do depends on a good installation job. That's worth money, and if something does not go well, Dr Roof will back their work. Good folks.

They were exemplary!

I had three different teams work on my home. One refurbished a 1-in-10 pitch roof. The second removed the old siding on the home and replaced it with Hardiplank Artisan siding. The third team painted the house. The overall effort was overseen and managed by a project manager who also assured quality of the work. The project manager and each of the teams were excellent: professional, hard-working, and produced a quality product on schedule.

Excellent work... fair price... lived up to all of their promises.

Dr. Roof really goes above and beyond. Justin does our roof and always does a fantastic job. Oscar came out and provided detailed information and then stayed in touch with me through the process, even though he didn't need to. The workers were all professional and thorough. Rick and the project manager also were in touch with me. I highly recommend Dr. Roof!!

I have used Dr. Roof several times in the past. Two new roofs and recently Hardee Plank siding for my entire house. I have always been extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. Workers onsite are courteous and pay attention to detail. They do it right the first time!

Our project was multi-faceted involving roofing, siding, insulation, and painting. We could not have been happier with the results both from a craftsmanship level and customer service experience.

Six months after the job was completed, we found a problem. Dr. Roof's personnel fix the problem with no questions asked in less that 2 weeks.

Dr. Roof's staff was quick and very professional. They were helpful in addressing any small issues that arose. I was totally satisfied with the final product.

We could not have had a better experience with Dr. Roof. We used them for both our roof and brand new siding/painting. They did a wonderful job. Customer service was wonderful, the price was very reasonable, and the work was wonderful. They pay attention to detail and really go the extra mile to make the customer happy.

I suggest you get everything nailed down before the job gets started. This is the fourth or fifth job we've had done with them. It was done right. It just has to be nailed down upfront, or you will have issues later.

The salesman would not quote what I wanted, I wanted him to include the replacing clearly damaged wood/window (the bottom of the window is rotted and falls apart - due to previous 'patching work) and he continued to quote these would be addressed/patched as needed. Been down that road beforeI had the roof replaced 2 years ago and the project mgr was on site regularly and kept me informed. I have placed repeated calls to my proj mgr on siding and no response. We are now 3 weeks into the job and its partially complete with no of idea of when it will be finished. The siding by the window which needs replacing is just wrapped with Hardie Wrap (no siding) and we have had several storms. Screen clips were removed when molding was replaced and they don't have the replacement clip on hand so the screens are 'dangling', light fixture was removed but the mount bracket was lost so its not reinstalledThere is confusion among the contractors Dr Roof uses as they say the siding guys will do X and the siding guys say the painters will do it. Where is the proj Mgr??? The work is done very well but remains incomplete at this time - they use contractors not employees -just like Home Depot/Lowes

All of the people I worked with from Dr. Roof were really friendly and knowledgeable, and they got the job done at a great price.

My house looks amazing. I had Dr. Roof do everything from start to finish including the carpentry, the roof, the painting, and the gutters. It was very convenient and I appreciate their professionalism.
