Alfonso's crew and Mike E. did a fantastic job on our home. We would like to recommend this team to anyone who needs similar services (roof + siding) in our neighborhood.

We were very pleased with the total outcome of the whole job that G. Fedale Roofing and Siding did. It was a whole exterior redo. It was a new roof, windows, siding, and porch ceiling. We couldn't be happier.
Richard G. Newark DE
G Fedale did a great job restoring the exterior of our 30 year old home to its former glory. High quality workmanship done within promised timeline and at a reasonable price. Very happy.

I found G. Fedale to be very expensive particularly the change orders but loved the people and the contracted workers. Everyone was superb and very helpful to me and the contractors were very fast. I especially appreciate Joey Gordon who has gone out of his way to finish up himself after everyone else had finished and has always responded to my questions and solved my problems. I would contract with Fedale again if Joey is my project manager. I have actually, we are now scheduling painting to be done on the outside of my house that was not covered with Hardie Board.

Fantastic sales job, follow through was not good. Did not have needed materials and took at least a month to get them when needed. My project was started in November and still lis not finished in mid February.

The salesman was excellent. We felt we had made a good decision to hire G. Fedale for our stucco remediation project. We were so positive we added a Pella high end front door with sidelights and a door from the garage. We received a call two months after signing the contract to tell us the doors would be installed at the end of the week. Didn't happen nor did we receive a call explaining why we were not notified. I called to ask what happened. There was no satisfactory response. We were called the next week and again a date was established for the doors to be installed. When no confirmation call came, I called to confirm the doors were going to be installed. I was told yes, our project was scheduled for the next morning between 8-9. When no one had showed up by 9:30 am, I called G. Fedale who knew nothing and Pella. Pella did respond the doors were installed that afternoon and the following morning after the sales person had people pulled off another job, went to the warehouse to pick up the doors and bring them down to DE for installation. The main part of the project was not started until late August, almost four months after we signed the contract. The job which was to remove the stucco on the front of the house and replace with Hardie siding and CertainTeed factory stone was not finished until almost Thanksgiving, during most of this time no work was going on but there were materials and a huge dumpster on our parking pad blocking access to our garage until after the job was finally finished. We do like the finished product when it was finally completed, although there are places where my husband felt the CertainTeed product was poorly installed, i.e., it was not level.

It is cost effective. I got a good price from Fedale.

I was very impressed by the quality of the workmanship. The install crew did a great job installing the James Hardie Fiber Cement Lap Siding and our project turned out wonderful. The Project Manger and Crew Superintendent communicated with us daily on the progress and address any concerns immediately.
Peggy C. Newtown PA
I found the workman to be prompt, courteous, skilled and up to my expectations.
Charles T. Townsend DE
I am very satisfied with the quality and the professionalism of G. Fedale. The crew that installed my siding paid attention to detail and their work was very accurate and professional. The follow up was outstanding, the communication between the homeowner and the company was detailed. I could not ask of anything better. I would recommend G. Fedale to anyone without hesitation.

We will likely contact G. Fedale (Joe Santucci) once we purchase our next home - exterior renovations are expected.

The over all job was great. This was a major project including roof, siding, facia, porch and gutters. I am very happy with the end result. There were a few problems with a few detrails, but they were resolved at no cost to me and I'm very pleased with the end result. If you drive by my house (104 Westgate Drive) I'm sure you will agree that it was a good job.

This project - replacing the aluminum siding on my house with Hardie board siding took well over six months from meeting with the sales person to completion. I first met with the sales person in June 2014 and we made selections and were told he would contact us with an estimate. Over six weeks later, not having heard from him, I called the company and was told he would contact us which he did a week later. We made final selections and agreed to the charges, paid a deposit (now early August 2014) and were told the project would be completed by the end of September 2014. Nothing happened so I called them on the last week of September and was told no supplies had been ordered - in essence the whole thing had been forgotten. Apologies were made and I was told that materials would be ordered. Next step, the week of Thanksgiving I was told they would begin working, which they finally did. However, additional materials that should have been ordered had not, so the project lingered on until late January 2015 when it was completed. (In truth, there were some delays due to weather.) We had been told that the ground would be kept clean but continuously found metal parts including screws and nails in the driveway and around the house. Materials were stacked in the driveway for months limiting access to the garage. Materials stacked on the lawn resulted in damage to the lawn. Having said all that, the quality of the siding and the overall workmanship appear to be at least adequate.
