We had a massive communication problem in the week leading up to the roof installation where the crew working on the inside of my house installed the roof and put a tarp over the plywood. There seemed to be confusion as to whose tarp it was. I told your salesman that on Monday their liability was switching to K&B and that day or very soon after K&B took a look at our house and saw the tarp and told me a tarp was already on the house. A few days later a massive storm hit and the tarp was blown off leading to water damage in the crease in the roof between the old roof and the new unprotected roof. Neither party took responsibility and I had to pay Servpro to dry the place the water dropped down to, but perhaps the worst of it was the water damage and crooked ceilings we now have that we can't stand to look at.Once the project was underway it went well and Olivier in particular was of great help. The house looks fantastic.

K&B exceeded all of my expectations on my home remodeling project. Not only does Horacio have an artistic eye for beautifying your home but K&B also uses top quality materials so you know you will be enjoying your “new” home for years to come! Absolutely love my results and can wholeheartedly recommend K&B to anyone.

Horacio and Oliver and their team of carpenters did a great job installing new Hardie board 7”siding (flat and shingle )3” pvc trim around all windows, new gutters and soffits. They also installed window panel work above the bay windows with 5” crown that looks outstanding.

I have never before engaged a contractor who exceeded my expectations. This is a top notch group and I would recommend them to anyone.

K & B did the exterior renovation of our Firehouse and replaced the windows and doors. Workmanship was outstanding and the work ethic is exceptional. The workers started at the first sign of daylight and worked until dark every day. I would highly recommend them.

We highly recommend this company. We originally met with Horatio and Michael to go over our needs and contract to have the work done. From the moment we met Horatio, we had a very good feeling about him and his work ethic and felt comfortable giving him the job. We contracted to have our home sided with Hardie siding and the replacement of our front door. From start to finish, it was truly a great experience. Oliver was at our home every day and constantly offering suggestions and bringing different items to our attention, for which we are greatly thankful. Oliver arrived with a huge, hard working crew and worked diligently every day, from early morning until early evening. Oliver always checked with me and asked if everything was to my satisfaction and he was always accommodating. Along the way, we discovered that our columns had rotted underneath the siding and they also had to be replaced and again, the crew did a great job. When the job was completed, the whole yard was cleaned up and the debris removed. We are very happy to have chosen such an honest and reputable company for our job and appreciate everything they did for us.This is a fantastic company to work with and I would recommend Horatio and Oliver and will use them again for other projects.

I can't say enough about my experience with K & B Home Remodelers. This was the second project I have done with them (initially was window replacement, while this job was roofing, siding, gutters, masonry and a new front door). From the proposal and sales process through to the work completed, I could not be happier with the work. In fact, several neighbors have stopped by to tell us how amazing our house looks. It has completely changed our house, and how we feel about where we live. K&B was a large part of how happy we are with the job!
