From the initial meeting with Dan McGouran, to our initial walk thru with Stewart Green (Project Manager) and Jay M. (Foreman), throughout the construction, and painting; everything was precisely communicated. We always had our questions or concerns answered immediately. The quality of the work is immeasurable. The quality of the product is backed by Southwest Exteriors and John Hardy, and a 25 year life on the outdoor Sherwin Williams paint.Overall, if you decide to go with Southwest Exteriors, you will receive absolute professionalism, and a high quality product that will add value to your home, but more importantly for us, peace of mind that the work done on your home was done correctly, and will last for decades.

Very quality job. We were initially impressed with how at the bid they explained everything. We were able to meet with a designer to pick colors which made things a little less stressful than doing on my own and hoping for the best. The project went quickly once it started and all the changes made to the exterior were cleared and done to our liking. The painter they used Sean Patrick was very thorough and we really enjoyed watching the house get painted. As of right now we are just waiting on a few last minute touches and then our project will be complete. I would have selected 4 stars but it would only let me do 5 stars. I don't believe they deserve 5 stars until my project is completely finished (considering we are 2 weeks past completion date). Once the finishing touches are completed then they would be deserving of 5 stars.

The company completed high value work. It took a little longer than expected but turned out well.

The final product was worth the effort and expense. However, the project took much longer than we were led to believe from our initial visit, and we lost time to weather and missing team members--appointments, doctor visits, etc. Communication of what was and was not included in the projectwas not always so good. Dealing with the paint crew was not ideal at all

We recommend this company for high quality workmanship, good supervision, excellent job site etiquette and quality final results. They did a great job for us.

Our overall experience with Southwest Exteriors was excellent. The professionalism and customer service sets them way above their competition. The attention to detail from the cleanliness of the job site to the siding installation to the painting was fantastic. We look forward to doing business with them in the near future when we have our windows replaced.
