I am very please with the service and workmanship provided to me by TruGuard.

Every employee we came in contact with through our project was friendly and knowledgeable. Our project manager communicated with us constantly. This was the best experience with a home project I have ever experienced.

I am very please with the job that was done on my house. It was an extensive project which included replacing my siding, my windows and my front door. The project was done in a very professional manner. All problems and issues were addressed and corrected in a very timely manner. The entire crew from the salesman, John, to the project manager, Jason and the crew were extremely pleasant to work with . I highly recommend TruGuard based on my experience.

quality job except for wide gaps at joints and corners. Siding looks good and overseer was very nice and always available. Wish they would have recommended more siding in other areas that i had to later replace. Feel they are very pricey compared to other companies.

It is my pleasure to write this recommendation on behalf of TruGuard. Truguard was the contractor for a siding and gutter project on the exterior of my house in the fall of 2017. I had no prior relationship with TruGuard. The scope of the remodeling involved window replacement of all the siding and gutters and partial roof replacement for a two level house built in 1977. The project took 5 weeks and involved 3 work crews (siding, roofing, gutters) While major siding replacement is inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, TruGuard’s services as a general contractor were invaluable, and I am extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give my project manager “Travis Beaudry” top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Travis used subcontractors who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. They were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work product rarely needed improvement or revision. 2. Quality of work crews. They had an excellent work ethic, good work habits, strong safety orientation, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. Their pride in their work was evident. They tidied up at the end of each workday. I also found them to be trustworthy, and I felt comfortable with their presence around the home. 3. Project management and coordination. Travis’s prior experience really paid off. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of my project, and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities of different work crews effectively. He remained closely involved in overseeing the project from start to finish. His excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and commitment to follow-through are assets which enabled him to juggle the extensive details involved in my project without missing a beat. Travis’s familiarity with building codes facilitated a smooth and hassle-free process when it came to permits and inspection.

TruGuard has been fantastic from day one. The neighbors also agree. I could go on and on about wonderful things about Tyler, Darrell and Eddie as well as the whole crew. They solved our issues and gave creative solutions. I was worried about the costs initially as it was a large project and we have no experience with this type of project but the guys kept us informedand happy. I'll actually miss seeing them, but happy we got such a god result.

As a General Contractor building in Charlotte for almost 30 years....its hard to find a good roofer. One that is local, been here and not leaving and will come if there is ever a problem. Chris Hanson and the Team at True Guard are the best. Don't let anyone tell you any different. There is no need to nickel and dime with pricing. You get what you pay for...and these guys....Do it right the first time! And no...I don't work for them. Ask for Chris Hanson.

The question you need to ask is, Do you want the job done right? If so, Truguard is the company you should choose to do your project. Truguard did not ask me to write a testimonial. I was so happy with the job they did I asked to write a testimonial. When I was searching for a company to do our job I read testimonials/reviews about Truguard, all of which rated Truguard as excellent, and I based my decision solely on those reviews. I have no idea how Truguard's price compared to other companies because I did not get other prices. We did an addition to our home 15 years ago and we went with the lowest of three bids, and we paid dearly for that decision. If you want the job done right, choose Truguard. I give them an A+. They were great to work with from the first phone call to the final inspection. They communicated throughout the time they were here. They were easy to work with when work-order changes were needed. Overall a great experience.

Great value. I researched and talked to all the certified builders in Charlotte area and saved about 20% by choosing them . This company understands the value and importance of a satisfied customer and go out of their way to make sure the job is done right, highly recommend .

Not only were we very impressed with the quality of the materials, but also with the professionalism of the staff. The reason we chose Hardie board is because of its longevity and because it is maintenance-free. It gave us a huge sense of relief and security to know that it will never have to be replaced in our lifetime. We are very much impressed with the salesman that came to our home and the project manager. Everyone was personable and we were highly impressed with their professionalism and the product itself.
