They executed the re-siding of our house with the utmost concern for our vision and for maintaining a safe environment during the process. We had very few hiccups along the way, which is a testament to the organization of the team. We are very happy with the craftsmanship and with the service we received.

This was the 4th time we've used TCSP over the past 15 years. They were willing to work with us in replacing siding on parts of the house as it was needed and it is now done. They also did a full house repaint for us. At each step, they reviewed what they were going to do and, afterwards, did a walk-around with us and assured all was done to our satisfaction. Great communication from initial call to completion, as well as excellent workmanship!

The initial presentation of the process of replacing the siding was very thorough and detailed. Throughout the entire project they responded quickly and appropriately to all questions. They were always very courteous, polite and respectful. They always made sure that we could access our garage and driveway easily, and made sure that their equipment, supplies, etc. did not impinge on our neighbors. The entire crew worked hard to complete the project in a timely manner.

TCSP rocks! They brought our 102-year-old, sad house back to life and the transformation is stunning. From Terry's attentiveness to our hopes for our house, to his well planned and presented proposal, to field supervisor Nate's effective management, to foreman Andy's talent and that of his crew, Bill, Cal and Matt, to the beautiful porch railing built by Tony and Andy(2), a project that we expected to be high-stress and anxiety-provoking turned out to be a dream.
