The job was done just as described, in the amount of time allowed. Matt took the time to answer all my questions before beginning the project and he encouraged me to get additional estimates before deciding. He also didn't try to talk me into doing more work than needed to be done. I'll come to Worth again for my next project.

Matt Seamer was great and presented a lot of ideas that we had not even considered. When there were some issues, he looked for solutions above and beyond what we expected. We still wanted the initial plan we had and it had to be slightly altered. It was unfortunate that they could not do more of the project because some things were impractical but they saved us money and gave us a wonderful solution that looked great in the end!

Worth Exteriors were excellent to work with as well as all painters, people installing the gutters, etc. Amy helped me by actually meeting me at my workplace and our home to accommodate my work schedule. They made our house built in 1978 look brand new.

Re: #8; Workmanship and materials were good; quality of the construction crews was not. Many problems, the area was a mess everyday after they left and we found nails for weeks after the job was done. Not only that the crew left the disconnect box for the AC compressor was left hanging off the house and not properly re-installed where the siding had been replaced. According to our HVAC company, the loose connection caused the breaker inside to arc, causing failure to the components around it and the box to start melting due to the high heat of the arc. Continued failure could have caused a fire or the compressor's failure and replacement. I contacted Chris Worthington about this and never heard back.

They were very professional, understood what we needed, and did the job in a timely manner.

After meeting with numerous general contractors I decided to hire Worth Exteriors for a major renovation on my West Des Moines home. From the initial consultation with Darrell to working with the Kelly the foreman it was an amazing experience. Chris (the owner) even stopped by to check in on the project. The price was extremely competitive and they were responsive to every request and did an amazing job on the entire project (new roof, new Pella windows, new Hardie Plank siding, new garage door, and a new gutter system). They even accommodated some last minute changes without complaining or adding on large costs. This is a first class company and I would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. Keep up the good work fellas!

Did everything you can ask of your contractor - showed up on time, completed the work as agreed, answered all questions and made recommendations as needed, performed quality workmanship and followed up to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Would have no hesitation in recommending or having Worth perform additional work on our home in the future.
