If you expect work to be done immediately be prepared to be disappointed. They are very busy. When I called with a roof leak they came the next day and parched it. I had to wait three months before the roof was replaced and other work done. Granted it was terribly hot and I’m sure theWhen I called with a roof leak they came the next day and fixed it. They came three months later to replace the roof and do some other repairs I had requested. They are busy so I wasn’t surprised

Our only regret is that we waited so long to begin the project.

They were creative and enthusiastic about the design. The pride in their work was evident watching them complete the project.

We had dry rot and woodpecker damage on our existing siding. We hired Carp's to reside our entire home with James Hardie siding and install new fascia and gutters. It looks nice and we are looking forward to a low-maintenance home!

After window installer's found rotting framework around my existing MBR window, I asked Carp's for a bid on re-siding the front of my house, with the open ended provision that once the old siding was off, I would need additional insulation and framework repairs to be made. Carp's not only worked with me, the owner came out and met with my window installer so everyone was 'on the same page' as far who would do what for a window installation. Carp's kept me "in the loop" as far as scheduling, and their crew was very professional, polite and conscientious. Hence, when I have the rest of my house sided, Carp's is definitely coming back!

Chad, Dave, and the whole crew did a great job. Attention to detail, promptness, and resolution of small issues were very strong attributes to this remodel which could have been stressful but turned out to be smooth sailing. The James Hardy siding is perfect!

Carp's was diligent to provide me with every possible choice so I could make an informed decision regarding my home improvement (siding) needs. They were excellent at communicating with me daily their progress and plan moving forward. They also checked with me about specific design element choices as they arose so that I would be satisfied with the job every step of the way. Overall, diligent and trustworthy workers and we are extremely pleased with the results.

Chad did a good job on selling us, as we ended up spending $10,000 more with him than going with the other James Hardie Certified Company in Omaha. After the contract was signed any follow up was handled primarily by text. When he did come out to meet with us to talk about concerns, he was quick to making comments about how busy he was and that he had to be somewhere else. It made us feel like as soon as they started the job he did not care anymore; the sale had been made. The PM was introduced to one of us the first day work started, but it was such a quick introduction and interaction was extremely limited that after that first visit of less than 5 minutes, we weren’t sure who the PM was in the crew that was on site daily. There were times that we would be at the house while the crew was there and he never came by to say hello and give a status update of what went on that day or what the expectations were for the following day. When they broke the custom door bell and new lights they tried to super glue everything back together and were not going to tell us about it, except that they couldn’t find a replacement in the city of Omaha – that’s when they came to us to share of the mistake. We understand that things happen and things may break but when they tried to hide the fact that they broke items that just bugged us.Materials YES we are satisfied. Workmanship and the construction crew we were very disappointed.
