Highly recommended for installing Hardie Board siding!!
The install crew is awesome but other then that the company has trouble with communication with each other about the job
We were very happy with Colorado Window Source. They were wonderful. We are very happy with our new windows.
I can say that I had my heart set on stucco and nobody could change my mind. They provided addresses for me and I went around and looked at other homes and after I saw the product that they sell I decided to go with the siding. I am very happy with the way my home looks. It really has curb appeal. I have gotten a lot of comments from neighbors and people going by commenting on the color. The neighbors have commented on how the quality looks.
I am extraordinarily satisfied with my siding job. José and his crew where professional and went beyond to ensure my house was done to exceed my expectations. Office staff is friendly and professional as well.
What an amazing company and group of people to work with. From start to finish, our expectations were exceeded in all areas, and I would highly recommend them for both siding and window projects.
Paolo was great, very knowledgeable and personable. I couldn't be more pleased with the installation crew. Jose, Vincent, and Valentin worked very hard and got the job done quickly. I have already recommended them to a many people, including a few of my neighbors who have come by to admire the new siding.
CWS installed siding on my house. They started when the said they would, but finished much sooner that projected. The installers were very conscientious.
Great company who came in lower in price than their competitors but the quality of work met my expectations.
I worked with a Victor for sales who made the process as simple as could be. And the installation crew was easy to work with and made it look even better than expected.
Wonderful Company & loved the installation staff. Very hard working & did a great job cleaning up after. Every detail was addressed & I'm very pleased. Actually the entire neighborhood is pleased. I was int he front yard and had a neighbor 4 doors down run over in her stocking feet to tell me how wonderful the house looked!
Everything about this was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone!
The crew that did our job provided a high quality installation.
I had Colorado Window Source install James Hardie siding on my garage / barn structure that had been previously covered with vinyl siding. They did an excellent job, and the crew was trained in this installation by James Hardie, an important consideration if you are having this material installed. Work was on time at the agreed upon price, and looks great. Clean work site, on time performance. I highly recomend Colorado Source.
I strongly recommend Colorado Window Source for the installation of James Hardie siding. The work was done on time and the workmanship is excellent.
There were a few hiccups with our project, but everyone at CWS did a fantastic job to always be professional and honest with us. They followed through on all of the work, did a great job, and I love how our house turned out. I would definitely recommend them to others, and will more than likely use them again for a future project.
The chaos started when the roofers showed up unannounced on a Friday without a permit (there was supposed to be a mid roof inspection). Apparently there was no communication between the scheduler and the contractor. This was my first red flag. The roofers came on the following Monday with a permit and did a good job as far as I am aware.I had 4 windows scheduled to be installed around my garage area and the day of scheduled installation I received a call saying the windows arrived at the warehouse but were the incorrect size. The installers came a couple of weeks later and had no knowledge of the previous install date or an issue with the window size. This was my second red flag. The windows were installed and look like they were installed correctly. Then there is the siding. The salesman, Paolo, was obviously a newbie. His estimate showed that they would re-ply the entire house under the new siding (I have all of this documented). His contract, however, had this very important item missing and I did not see the omission when I signed the contract. That mistake cost me $2000! There was also another $2500 extra of which only $500 was made clear to me before I received the final bill. The soffit had to be reinforced before the soffit material could be installed. No one asked me if this was ok or gave me a quote. Another $2000 expense. Paolo's quote included no specifics so it was up to the contractor to interpret what it actually was that Paolo sold. A more professional company would have a detailed quote with an itemized list of work to be performed. The contractor ended up performing extra work that he hadn't accounted for. Third red flag. This is the only company that suggested the roof should be installed before the siding. I should have known then that they didn't know what they were doing. Everyone I have spoken with before and since has said the siding should be installed first and now I understand why. The drip edge the roofers installed is damaged all around the house because the siders had to get underneath it (not the siders fault). The new gutters were installed after the roofing and siding was done so the drip edge underneath is cut up the entire length because the roofers had to cut around the old gutters. Also, there is damage on the roof caused by the siders (again not their fault as they spent a long time up there). The roofing and gutters should have been installed last and in that order. These people have no clue, apparently. Another red flag. The garage door I had installed came off without a hitch. It was the only thing that was installed as planned. There were two occasions where I was either billed for stuff I already paid for or billed in total for work that hadn't even started. I had to correct the billing lady on both occasions and sometimes had to go back and forth to correct her mistakes. Good thing I kept records of every bill paid and totals due or I would have been out thousands extra.I spent somewhere around $40,000 with this company when all was said and done. The contractors they hired (yes, none of the work is done by Colorado Window Source) did a good job overall. I signed the contracts the middle of December and the work was not complete until the first week of April. Many excuses saying the material or contractors were not available. The contractors said otherwise, almost everything was available locally and the contractors were available to work. The management of this company is incompetent to say the least. They should probably stick to windows. I would not recommend them for anything else.
Chris was very professional with his sales - no pressure, just wanted to share what Colorado Window Source could offer. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase of siding and windows, they were very accommodating with our schedule. The installation crew was professional and did a great job! They were willing to answer any questions we had.We had a great experience with them and would definitely recommend them.
The team did a great job installing our siding, they were professional and on time. We have used Colorado Window Source now for windows in two houses and came back to them for the siding because they did such a great job. I will recommend them to friends.
(By the way, the name of our city is "Centennial.")
