I have dealt with a lot of contractors over time. They were one of the most professional organizations I have dealt with, it was my pleasure.

The team at Custom Concepts did a fabulous job re-siding our house with Hardie Plank. They also added new molding and trim detail around our windows and doors. Danny also built custom chippendale railings. The craftsmanship is excellent. Custom Concepts helped to keep the original character of our house, but gave it a fresh look. The team was hardworking and professional. They got the job done in the time (and price) quoted. Everyone in our neighborhood has commented on how amazing the house looks! We are thrilled with the work Custom Concepts did.

I highly recommend Custom Concepts based on their communication, workmanship, and attention to detail. They addressed several smaller items for which we were not charged, but made a difference in the finished product. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would definitely recommend Custom Concepts Construction for your exterior renovation. We needed to replace our old aluminum siding and knew we wanted JamesHardie as our new siding. We also needed to rebuild our old deck and replace the gutters. We initially discovered them through JamesHardie's website. Custom Concepts Construction was recommended by JamesHardie as one of their "Elite Preferred" contractors. It was apparent from the initial visit how they obtained the "Elite Preferred" status with JamesHardie. Everyone from the field to the office we interacted with from the company was personable yet professional. When an issue surfaced that needed to be attended to the communication was prompt and the issue was solved. The attention to detail Danny and his crews displayed on the siding and deck totally transformed the look and functionality of our home. If you are looking to do an exterior renovation, I would encourage you to give them a call.

Custom Concepts Construction was great to work with from beginning to end. Michael was very engaged helping us through the planning process. He answered every question we had (we had a lot) and was very quick to respond. Our project scope changed quite a bit by the time we were able to schedule construction, and Michael helped us navigate through all of that. Most importantly, he came to the table with ideas on what we should do. That's what we were looking for, expert advice. Danny managed the project and was extremely responsive, thorough, and helpful through the whole process. This was a huge project for us (windows, doors, siding, soffit, trim, lights, porch remodel, etc) and having someone be so involved and responsive eliminated a lot of the stress. Again, we had a ton of questions, and Danny was quick to answer our questions and address any of our concerns. In the end, during our punch list review Danny pointed out some minor things to fix, that I hadn't even noticed, so his attention to detail was great. You can really tell that the team takes pride in their work. I think the first day the siding went up, they were as excited as we were. Juan led the day-to-day construction at the house, and he and his team did amazing work. The whole team was great, professional, and friendly. We worked often with Katherine for billing, and she was very responsive, kind and always helpful. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our 50+ year old house looks brand new...amazing! There were so many times throughout this process that I told my wife “Thank goodness we picked this company" because they were great throughout the entire process, and they do incredible work. It was a great experience from beginning to end, with a great end result. I couldn't recommend them more.

They were outstanding and definitely met and exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I think they did an excellent job on every level, from the execution of the work to the quality of the materials. They even offered options for financing that a lot of the other companies didn't offer. They were responsive and thorough in all aspects of completing this project. If there were any concerns I had, they responded immediately. I got a call yesterday from Danny, who owns the company. He said he reviewed our contract and realized he didn't give us credit for not putting the shutters back up on our house. On the original proposal, we were going to have the shutters put up. We decided not to do that. He credited us back $306.00 back on our credit card. He didn't have to do that and I wouldn't have known. That is the kind of operation they are running. They are trying to keep long time customers. Maybe someday we will put the shutters back on or have our deck done and I would go to them. This process has made me a fan. After seeing that they are a trustworthy company, in all aspects of doing work at your house, this is the company you want to use.

Custom Concepts was terrific from the moment we made the initial call requesting a quote. They worked around our schedule to visit the house and give us an estimate and they answered all our questions... and we had many as newbie homeowners. They also waited patiently while we collected other estimates before we hired them for the job. They had the best price, most thorough estimate, and really listened to what we needed and wanted. Once they started the job, the whole team was nothing short of amazing. From the project manager to the office support to the actual workers, they were professional, timely, respectful, and really talented at their jobs. The work was fantastic and quick. I truly wish they did whole house remodels because I would definitely use them. I've already recommended them to friends and neighbors and are keeping them in mind for future projects.

We had a project to replace our siding, windows and doors on our 27-year-old townhouse. From a recommendation of friends, and my research we wanted to use James Hardie fiber cement for the siding. We contacted, had site visits and received quotes from 3 contractors recommended by the James Hardie company.Michael from Custom Concepts Construction spent a lot time with us explaining their process, materials and a recommendation for us to install Beechworth Windows (a James Hardie company). The CCC proposal was by far the most detailed and extensive with a complete line item breakdown of materials and labor costs. Once all the details were settled I appreciated being able to sign the contract with a secure digital signature. All of the payments were also easily handled via email with Katherine.The project started on time and there were weather related delays (rainiest September in many years), but Danny was always in contact via text, email or phone to let us know if there were delays or not able to work on those days. During the project any questions for Mike, Danny or Katherine were always answered in a timely manner.The crew installing the siding, windows and doors were excellent. They worked efficiently, were pleasant to interact with, at the end of every work day cleaned and straightened up the site. They also worked on Saturdays to make up for some of the time lost due to the weather.At the end of construction Danny went over the small punch list of items we had and ended up adding a few items we either missed or felt were insignificant, but he wanted addressed.The house looks great and we could not have had a better experience with a contractor. We highly recommend Custom Concepts Construction.

Working with Custom Concepts was a great experience. They came to our home and did a careful assessment of the work needed, and then presented us with a detailed proposal, carefully explaining the process, the timeline, and the detailed costs. This level of detail allowed us to understand the charges, the scope of the job, and the timeline. The detail enabled us to add/remove scope to control the cost of the project. The quote was reasonable and the company sales presentation and end results support the fact that Custom Concepts provides skill and expertise that comes from knowing precisely how best to work with the Hardie products. The work was started on time, the crew was dedicated to our job and most efficient. The project manager and various components of the crew (carpentry, finishing, gutters, product/tool delivery, clean-up) worked very well together, ensuring that appropriate and sufficient products were on hand, tasks were completed properly, and all nails, trash, etc. was removed completely. The product looks great on the house, and we are very pleased with the completed work. While we are waiting for a final trim product to be made available by Hardie, we have full confidence in Custom Concepts that they will ensure that our full requirement is met. We highly recommend Custom Concepts to everyone, and are happy to show off our new siding and trim to our neighbors.
