The owner was patient and answered many of my detailed questions before selecting materials for the roof and siding.Since 2021 was a difficult year when considering supplies and labor availability, along with many customers, there was a period when contact with the company representative was limited and frustrating. Once the project started, we appreciated the teams construction skills, work ethic and attention to detail.

Other than some issues with scheduling our exact project start date, the overall experience with JK Contractors was incredible! If you are looking for a quality company providing exceptional workmanship and follow up, this is the one. I have used Jeff's company to roof three Wauwatosa homes, going back to 1983. Many of his workers have been with him for at least 10 years, and his sons also work with him. No need to worry about new workers and turnover resulting in a substandard result. I highly recommend JK Contractors. I had my siding replaced with Hardie Board and they did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough about working with Jeff and his Crew. They were amazing; each and every one of them were friendly and very hard workers. The job site was clean every night before they left. Also, after meeting with multiple contractors, Jeff was the only one that took the time to ask questions about my house and offered solutions to improve it. Awesome job Jeff and Crew! I can't say enough about our experience with JK Contractors. They showed up on time, did phenomenal work and the end result is beyond our expectations. They worked through driving wind, sleet, rain and even snow in order to get our project completed on time. Our neighbors can't stop commenting on how good our house looks after the new roof, gutters and Hardi Board siding JK did for us.
