I had a great experience working with K&B. My wife and I recently purchased our home and discovered we needed extensive exterior work. K&B worked with my wife and I within our budget to renovate our roof, siding, windows and decking such that we could preserve the historic character of our house while adding modern material such that our house will be much more maintenance free. My wife and I have had bad contractor experiences in the past, but K&B did excellent work, was up front and honest about the cost of the project, and had reasonable prices and scope of work when unplanned work needed to be done. I highly recommend them.
