Very nice work and a good product, no issues at all, installers were great.

I would just like to thank them all! They were all so nice and courteous. I still have their sign out on my grass and my neighbors have been asking me about them! They are wonderful people!

Provided fair quote, well documented, handled our changes professionally Foremen and construction crew carefully examined the house and determined the sales representation matched the construction plan. They easily addressed and worked with the many quirks in the house.Exterior design ideas were forthcoming and made for perfect solutions.Work crews- worked productively like well oiled machines, stayed on schedule, workmanship excellent, cleaned up site throughout job

K&H installed James Hardie siding on my house. It looks great. During the project the installation crew installed damaged house wrap on my house and only replaced with new because I was at home and requested new material installation. Shortly before the siding project we installed Andersen Replacement windows with Premium TruScene insect screens. One of these insect screens got damaged by the K&H installation crew. I held money back until replacement and wrote a check for the amount withheld once K&H replaced the insect screen. When I however realized the replacement insect screen was inferior to the original product I cancelled the check. K&H management has not been forthcoming and threatened legal action to collect the money I withheld. K&H ended up discounting me $50 on a +- $200 damaged screen, which I accepted, just to not have to deal with any of them anymore. If anybody reads this and still decides to hire K&H for your project, I advise you to take pictures of everything, contact the office immediately showing the pictures, and don't try and address any issues with the field installation supervisor. No matter what you say, or what their crews do on site, the crew is right and the customer is wrong. The K&H President involved him in my matter, which I appreciate, nevertheless, he acted not on the information I presented K&H with, but backed his own employees even where they were wrong. We are not overall satisfied customers. Take those pictures, have them ready, and make sure they are clearly showing issues and concerns, you will need it.

The K&H installation crew courteous and professional, even working in adverse weather conditions to complete my siding project on time using quality materials and workmanship.

From the beginning of the project to the end, I felt that it was an easy and non stressful situation. Alaya, my sales person did not pressure me, since I had to wait to go through my refinancing. I knew that I wanted James Hardie siding, so that was a given. I had done my research prior to meeting with Alaya. However, she came out at least 4 times: to meet with me about pricing and rebates, measurements, making sure the colors were the ones that I wanted and meeting with the project manager for my installation. Also, the project came over on a Sunday and was here for two hours going over the measurements and etc. My house is a 1934 farm house, so it wasn't the easiest to do. The project manager kept me informed every step of the way. He and the crew ended up replacing my patio, due to the beams/support system was not adequate to hold the cement based siding. It added a bot to the cost of the project, but I'm glad he pointed the defect out and it was reconstructed to specifications.The next step were the gutters. Again, the same procedures and protocols were followed. The gutters were installed and the color of the gutters blended perfectly. IN the summer of 2016, I plan to redo all of my outside doors and use K & H Home Solutions and I hope that Alaya will be the sales person that I will be working with. Our house looks amazing! We get regular complements on the job done by K&H. We had a horrible problem with Northern Flicker birds pecking holes all over the house. We had at least 40 holes around our home. For some reason they really liked our house. We have tried many things over the year to deter the birds with no success. The James Hardy board was our last ditch effort to resolve our problem with these distructive birds and it appears to have solved our problem. I heard a flicker rap on the house when the weather was warm and I haven't heard one since. I hope it hurt his little brain. I looked around to see if any damage was done to the siding and I dont see any marks from the birds. Our home looks brand new and our bird problem is finally solved after years of frustrating struggle with them. We are so glad we went with the Hardy board siding and K&H!

Crew needs to pay a LOT more attention to installation details, especially with trim. Less reliance on caulking

We were somewhat surprized with our overall experience with the total process ! Everything K&H said they would do, they did, our house looks great!
