They did an excellent job!

We signed a contract on July 1st, and the work is still not done. My landscape/accent lighting was damaged and does not work. A worker urinated in my yard right outside of my window despite me telling the Kingdom project manager up front they could use the toilet in the house. There were dozens of nails and other garbage, including refuse from lunches, all around my home after both crews were "done". Project managers were frequently late and mostly sat in their trucks, one even slept. I had to monitor and check for quality frequently, resulting in substantial re-work for the siding subcontractors who did not react well: gable vents were installed then removed; window details, shake, and trim were installed and replaced. The skylight installers asked me to eyeball the alignment from inside the home. Maybe that's how its done; I don't know.Rain got behind the flashing during a pop-up storm before the roof was done, and water stained the garage ceiling. Things happen, but I then had to deal with a painting sub who took a few weeks to get out and left another sub onsite who parked a truck leaking oil in my driveway. Power washing didn't remove the oil stain. Rain came into the garage again when it got behind the flashing after the roof and siding were installed. I had to prescribe a proper fix to this, and to his credit the project manager did it right the second time. A piece of damaged lap siding was hung on my house and the "fix" was touch up paint on the missing chunk. Again, this is probably ok, but I don't think that piece should have been hung in the first place.I had construction materials sitting in my driveway for over a month. The driveway was stained by the delivery and dragging of materials. It took me weeks of nagging the concrete cleaning sub to finally get it cleaned. The gutters required rework and the subs showed up with no notice and did not address the issue properly, so they had to come out again, also unannounced.All that being said, we are almost entirely satisfied with how the project finally turned out. Kingdom listened to all of my concerns and worked with me to come up with solutions. While it was way more work (and re-work) for everyone involved, including me, than I would have hoped, almost all of it has been made right in the end.

They were very professional and I was really impressed with the crew.
