Celebrating 30 years in business is 2017, Legacy Remodeling is a family-owned, multi-million dollar business that has been serving Western Pennsylvania and regions of Ohio and West Virginia for a quarter of a century.
Founded in 1987 by Ken and Linda Moeslein, the company was originally called Swing Line Windows and provided high-quality replacement windows to customers throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania.
In 1988, after only a year in business, satisfied customers began requesting additional home improvement services from Swing Line. The company decided to expand and began offering doors, siding, roofing, gutters, and various other home remodeling projects in addition to windows.
After quickly becoming one of the top specialty remodelers in the Pittsburgh market, the company was rebranded as Legacy Remodeling in 2007 by Ken and his son Jeff Moeslein. Legacy expanded even further in 2008 when it began offering kitchen and bath remodeling and refacing.
Recently named the top specialty remodeler in Western Pennsylvania by Remodeling Magazine and Qualified Remodeler Magazine, Legacy has received national acclaim as “One of the Top 50 Remodelers by Quality” and one of the “Top 500 Remodelers by Size,” as well as the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.
Contractors understand the importance of keeping clients and workers safe. Many have adopted new standard ways of working, such as replacing in-person meetings with virtual conferencing and limiting the size of on-site crews. Ask your potential contractor about the specific measures they have in place to ease any concerns you may have.
