This company is great! We are thrilled with the work they did on our house and I would highly recommend them for siding and painting. We plan to use them again for a kitchen remodel!

We had a positive experience with the salesperson, Ralph Steano, when we requested the original quote. In fact, his professionalism and knowledge of the siding product was the main reason why we chose Lifetime Remodeling Systems over A Cut Above. He gave us reassurances that our siding project would receive personal attention on all levels. After we signed the contract and the project began, we did not hear from Ralph again. There was no follow up from our salesperson, Ralph, we only interactions with Gino and the project manager. Ralph told us during the bidding process that they would replace the door casing on the side garage door because it had become rotted away but it wasn't until we stressed and insisted to Gino that it was to be repaired. And, we were told that this was not part of the contract, which it was. It took quite a while before the door and casing was replaced.

Deno presented the most detailed quote of 3 contractors for replacing our HardiePlank siding, and explained all aspects of the project. Adalberto and his 2 member crew worked extremely efficiently, performed some additional tasks beyond what was contracted for, left the site neat and clean at the end of each day. I would highly recommend LIfetime Remodeling.

Scott the Salesperson/Project Manager was very helpful in explaining all about the type of siding I chose. He was ready with answers to any questions I had during the project. Jose and Leo work well together and did a great job. All three were very professional and made the project a better experience for me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

After getting several opinions and quotes for how to best deal with the deteriorating exterior of our 1913 craftsman bungalow, I met with Gino Streano of Lifetime Remodeling Systems and was blown away. LRS is a solution not just a contractor. They are absolutely the one way to go. We opted for the smooth Hardie plank siding with laced corners to replicate the original look of the home (a first!) and had LRS do the painting and new gutters along with about a week's worth of carpentry repairs and finish carpentry improvements. Gino's team did impeccable work for us in every respect. They progressed quickly, kept us well I formed and consulted us with every decision point so that there was no rework. His team was great to work with - LRS employs top notch talent. Everyone worked very hard, long hours, with excellent attention to detail.LRS is the only way to go. You can't beat the workmanship and attention to detail. They've completely transformed our 1913 craftsman bungalow! And the lifetime warranty is the icing on the cake!

I contacted several companies about residing my home. Only Gino offered to meet in person at my earlier convenience to go over options. He went over all the advantages and disadvantages of different materials showed my multiple examples of restorations. He was available to answer all my questions during the whole process and made sure we were satisfied with all the construction.

Scott and all the employees I have worked with have been professional, timely with bids and any work order changes. They are professional have quality workmanship and I trust them with any decisions made during constuction to made to my benifit and to the quality and safety of the job.

I highly recommend Lifetime Remodeling Systems for home siding projects. We had out 1972 house retrofitted with Hardiplank siding. This included tear off and replacement of old siding and old sheating, replacement with high quality plywood sheating and vapor barrier, new hardi-plank cedarmill siding and paint. The craftsmanship was excellent, the crew was very professional. I would happily recommend Lifetime Remodeling to friends and family.

Contacted Lifetime Remodeling Systems because of Angie's List Reviews. The company's owner runs a tight ship. Gino listened to our requests and was responsive to all our needs, no oversell. We replaced all windows and siding, a $50,000 project. Our former window and siding installation was not done properly, causing some installation questions. LRS called out the window manufacturer to consult, before ordering the windows. We were pleased with all aspects of the job. Very professional.

Lifetime Remodeling Systems does what they say, and they say what they do. There were no surprises. They have an excellent combination of hard work and professionalism. They also have excellent communication and follow-through.

The lasting impression I get when I come home is the qualilty of work performed and the quality of materials used. My house looks brand new and I know it's safe from the rain forest we live in. This is a contractor you can trust and will have a very positive experience with. I put this off for years because I dredded finding a contractor who could do things right and care about my property.

Thanks again Lifetime for a job well done. I had my LP siding replaced with the Hardie Plank Color Plus and Nichiha shakes. I also had some windows replaced with Milgard Tuscany windows, an Anderson french door installed, some Eldorado Stone work done, and some gutters replaced. Lifetime did everything they promised to do (even if it wasn't written in the contract). I took a couple of weeks vacation and worked along with the crew, doing things like dry rot repair and roofing and had a good time working with everyone. If I had to do it all over again, I would use Lifetime and request that Ramiro and Leonardo be the crew. Ramiro especially listened to all my concerns and I really liked the way he paid attention to detail. Leonardo is one of the hardest working guys I've ever met. Overall, the job turned out better then I expected.

Overall we had a very positive experience with Lifetime Remodeling. The quality of the final product was good. Ralph Streano gave a very thorough presentation on the background of his company and details of the project.
