It was without a doubt the best contractor installation experience I’ve ever had because:• They follow James Hardie installation best practices• The crew shows up every morning on time• They clean up all items from the lawn at the end of each day• Kevin responds very quickly to any customer communication• I received regular updates and pictures of their progress• The fit and finish of materials installed was exceptional• They truly make the customer experience a top priority

Paragon Salesperson, Jeremy, is knowledgeable, explains projects well, ensures that he understands what we, the customer wants, and provides pros and cons of different materials that can be used on the project. They stick to their timeframes and build in inclement weather days when developing their overall timelines. Their pricing is slightly higher than competitors, but with the individualized attention to detail and customer satisfaction, we always choose them over competitors.

Paragon Construction is a high quality, professional firm. They come with great ideas, they provide innovative solutions, and the people that work there really care about doing a good job.

Although Paragon was not the cheapest proposal we received, they were competitive. Our decision came down to two factors. First, Jeremy always made sure that he was speaking with me AND my wife. Second, we compared their work product with a cheaper company's. We believed that Paragon's finished product looked more professional. After selecting Paragon, we realized what a great decision we made. They are perfectionists. They do not slap your siding up and move on to the next project. Halfway through our project, Joseph and Lee noticed a slight defect with the siding. Frankly, I may never have noticed. However, they worked through the issue with the manufacturer, and secured new material. Then they replaced every piece of siding that had already been installed. Paragon is a customer service company that happens to deal in siding. They also understand that the quality of their work is their best marketing tool.

I think that Jeremy presented himself in a very professional manner. I was very satisfied with his character and how he stood by what he said. Joseph's craftsmanship was excellent. My husband and I are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

We have no reservations about recommending Decks & More. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the end result- our enlarged Trex deck and patio with sitting wall- is just perfect, even better than we expected. When hiring a company, it comes down to a matter of trust. You can be sure that the job will be done right if you work with this company.
