I am presently a retired person who for 35 years was employed by a Fortune 100 Corp. My assignments included being a Production Superintendent, Director of Humans Resources, Director of Employee Safety and Quality Assurance Manager. When I make a personal purchase I tend to be very cautious when it comes to product cost and product quality. In other words I like to get the best that my money can buy but I want it at the cheapest price. I also place great value on employee behavior at the job site, workmanship and the type of customer service that I experience with the company that I do business with. After interviewing several siding contractors, reviewing several bids and then conducting further research by asking questions of a few knowledgeable people regarding the product offered by P.F. Rielly (James Harding Siding) I was convinced even though they were not the lowest bidder that they were the company to do business with and I was not disappointed.Everything that they did was done in a very professional manner. City permits were taken care of by P.F. Rielly and I was always kept informed and “up to date” as to all issues prior to starting the job. Once the job began the crews began work in a timely manner, were always safety conscience, kept me informed of what they were going to do that day and at the end of the day they asked me if I would like to inspect their work. They also would advise me of when they would be beginning work the following day. They also coordinated in an amazing manner with the company that installed our new custom windows, a job they would have been contracted to do had I not contracted that job prior to having any contact with P. F. Rielly. As the job progressed the owner inspected the work being performed and made sure that I was happy with what progress was being made. He also was present during all city inspections. When the job was done the owner and I inspected the work and he made sure that I was happy with the results. I have received many inquiries regarding who did the siding on my home and my wife and I have received several compliments from our neighbors. My personal conclusion is that I consider P.F. Rielly to be a preferred vendor and would not think twice about contracting with them if I had another siding project. The product they use is known for its’ quality excellence and by the manner in which they conduct their business P.F. Rielly has achieved Customer Satisfaction, which is the highest standard of quality excellence..

We were contact by PF Reilly through Hardy Planks. Our house was in dire straights of new siding and windows. The four companies we had interviewed to that point came across as very unprofessional, superfluous and untrustworthy. They just wanted to get the business done without listening to our needs and vision. We were on the brink of giving up. This changed the moment we got a call from Sean O'Reilly. Three minutes into the phone call, we knew this was the company we wanted to go with. This first great impression got reinforced when Sean came to the house. We loved his questions, thoughts and feedback. And when Phil O' Reilly, the general contractor, came by for a site visit to address our questions and to talk about the process, it was a done deal. The construction crew, Serge, Vlad and Victor worked tirelessly and meticulously. We immensely appreciated their attention to detail and their workman ship. On top of it they were ever so polite and very considerate especially regarding the plants in our garden. Throughout the project Phil treated us like we were their only clients on the planet. We could call anytime, our calls and questions were promptly addressed. Meetings were scheduled appropriately and issues were solved in a timely manner. Fran, Phil's wife, was also and always there for us making sure construction would not miss a beat and sharing her expertise on siding and windows or anything else we had questions about. And if Fran or Phil were unavailable, Heather stepped in to kindly help with any concern we had. To sum it up everyone on the team was super fabulous, kind, patient, professional and courteous. And above all, they were fun to work with!! We are every happy.

Sean, Phil & Fran were amazing to work with. As a first time home owner, they helped me navigate the task of having new siding installed. You can tell that they put the customer first and want to truly make sure that you are satisfied (and with the quality of work, there's no reason not to be).

They were highly professional and absolutely competent in every dimension.

All in all it was a great experience, and while they estimated it might take a week, they finished in only a half a week! Nice surprise.

Our home looks stunning, it is truly maintenance free. P. F. Reilly stayed true to there word throughout the entire installment. I would recommend them and there product, both are of the highest quality. There employees are very professional, well mannered, extremely organized and efficient.
