Steve and I just finished our walk through and there were ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES‼️ When in this era does that everhappen⁉️ I am beyond delighted with my home’s transformation. It went from “tired”to sleek and serene. The finished details are BEYOND SUPERB. ALL MY HOPES AND EXPECTATIONS WERE EXCEEDED. I am wreathed in smiles and I want to break into song. We were very happy with our experience working with Preferred Siding. While it is unlikely that we will have the opportunity to work with them again as their product will be under warranty for the foreseable future, we would happily recommend their services to anyone considering a siding project. All team members were exceptionally professional and communicated with us excellently. While the project was delayed due to unseasonably cold and wet weather, they communicated the schedule changes effectively and were extrodinarly responsive to our needs. The project was finished as expected with the promised quality and with no change orders required. Their attention to detail, both in installing the siding and cleaning up the workside after the project, were beyond expectations.

Everything about my Preferred Siding experience was FABULOUS and i sm thrilled with the work performed. Steve listened carefully to what i wanted, and he explained the process and all of my questions to satisfaction. The crew was superb. Professional and really know their work, clearly take pride in their work. They were neat, courteous, on time. Cleaned up perfectly, and very considerate. This was a 5 star experience and I strongly recommend PSI.

After extensive research and interviews it be came clear that Preferred Siding was the vendor that I would work with. Immediately after my first meeting with Steve I knew that he was committed to exceeding my expectations and putting his teams best work forward. Steve and Kathy were always willing to answer questions or stop by our home to make sure we understood the scope of the work and what to expect. The contract was reviewed in detail before the process began. The quality of the workmanship was the best we've experienced with any of our home improvement projects. The crew was respectful and cleaned up everyday.

Preferred Siding did a fantastic job installing Hardie at our house. They delivered on everything they promised and were spot on as it relates to their schedule/timing of the work to be completed. They are very efficient in doing sections of the house at a time, they keep the job site very clean so that it is not a hindrance and they are great to talk to and communicate with. Very pleased with their work!!

Steve and Kathy were great. Steve made sure the project ran incredibly smoothly from start to finish and any issues or additional costs that came up he was quick to discuss them and get approval before moving forward. Kathy was a pleasure to work with on the payment and scheduling side, we had a little bit of a complicated payment structure as we were using a construction loan and Kathy worked with me every step of the way. The House and siding look great!

Professional and quality from start to finish! Office and design staff helped to get the project right from the beginning. Their input was invaluable. The install was performed in a neat and timely manner. The finished product - siding and trim on a large barn looks fantastic. Kathy and Steve were great to work with.

The owner of Preferred Siding, Steve, listened to us in our initial meeting and made constructive suggestions then and afterwards as we got nearer to contract signing. I appreciated his advice based on his experience with James Hardie and on what we wanted. Never felt that he was making a hard sell. The installers clearly knew what they were doing and obviously were experienced working as a team. Each worker went about the job expeditiously and, seemingly, with little need for individual direction. The work was done quicker than expected. Very satisfied with the appearance of the product and could find no fault with the workmanship. The owner, Steve, inspected the work when done.

We hired Preferred Siding to replace my old hardboard siding that was deterioriated, as well as the trim and gutters. Steve providing excellent ideas regarding the color and type of Hardie to use, as well as designed/enhanced the replacement trim. He worked with me to keep the cost within my price range by only replacing trim items that needed to be replaced. The work was completed quickly and the site was kept clean throughout. We are very happy with the result and have received many complements from our neighbors.

From start to finish, my experience with Preferred Siding has been excellent. Steve Ginsberg and his crew are experts with the product and the workmanship is superb. If you are in the market for a top-end product such as Hardie, consider calling Preferred Siding.
