Professional Building Services have been excellent throughout the entire process. We are very pleased.

I was very impressed with the diligent and efficient team that worked on my house. Every day was extremely hot and humid, but Angelo and associate arrived promptly and worked in very extreme conditions. So impressive!

Professional through and through. They were very helpful in helping to narrow down our color choices. Insisting that we drive by other homes they have done. I would work with them again and will likely in the near future.

PBS did an excellent job from start to finish -- explaining all the options and costs, providing estimates that included everything (permits, electrician, etc. in addition to the primary labor and materials) so there were no surprises at the end, starting when they said they would and working through bad weather to keep on schedule, and cleaning up at the end. We were kept involved through every step, including pictures when we had to be away for a few days. Best of all, the final results exceeded our expectations.

The first person I dealt with at PBS was Jordan. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Any questions I had she got right back to me . Working with Joe was a great experience. He was really concerned with making us happy. We were in constant contact with close to 200 emails and texts to discuss the ongoing project sometimes multiple times a day. The crew was great, the workmanship was top notch and they were all gentleman.I would highly recommend this fine company.

Pete (the owner) and his son Joe and salesperson Heidi visiting us after numerous conversations with Heidi around changing our siding. We interviewed 7 different siding companies and decided on PBS after vetting what each offered and their approach, experience and cost. We are very happy we chose PBS. We were impressed with the high quality of work they executed. They took the time to do things right and were available for feedback throughout the process. Pete, Joe and his team are very experienced in the construction business and are up to date on the latest methods and materials used in the industry. They changed all of our siding and trim and replaced a picture window and 4 other windows. They waterproofed the exterior with the new siding and did an excellent job of improving not only the appearance of our house but also making it impervious to the elements. They are easy to work with, highly competent, skilled and patient.

After contacting 3 other Hardie Plank installers over the last several years (the most recent only weeks before contacting Professional Building Services) and having various issues with their commitment, or showing up or pricing, it was a pleasant surprise to work with Peter Ciaraldi and his crew. They were the most professional in everything they did and went above and beyond to offer alternatives and solutions to items that arose during the planning and execution of the contract.

It was really professional. They provide great quality for a great value. They understood our needs and listened to us, provided a great work. We're really happy with them and would recommend them highly.

I would recommend using this company to anyone who needs work done who is looking for great curb appeal. Anyone who is looking for a company to do that for them and make their house a special place, this is the company to go to. They do exceptional work.

I would highly recommend Professional Building Services for the quality of their work and their value. The professional builders explained everything that they were going to do, and followed through with everything that they stated.

Back in January, I purchased a home on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Prior to the purchase, I had the home inspected. The inspector told me that basically the house was structurally sound it just needed work on the outside: windows, doors, siding, etc. Seeing how I just bought this house, funds were limited. However, work had to be done. So I started interviewing contractors and needed suggestions on how to fix certain areas of the house. Some contractors were so busy when they came to my house that they were on the phone constantly and I don’t even think they heard what I was saying. Pete from Professional Building Services was amazing! During our first meeting he wanted to do his own inspection to see what was needed. We then went through the house together with him explaining his findings and me repeating what the inspector had said. From windows to siding, he told me many different options explaining the pros and cons of each option. You could tell he has a lot of experience based on his suggestions. Today, I cannot believe how great the project came out! Working with Pete has been unbelievable! He kept me informed about every step and also provided timings as to when tasks would be complete. He also helped me with other options on the house that he was not working on like explaining about a zero percent heating loan that was currently being offered in the area. Together, we have put a plan of future projects that will be done. I can’t wait to work with Pete again!

James Hardies fiber cement is an excellent product, but the siding installation requires experiences and detail craftsmanship. Professional building Services had done a great job for our project.
