Restoration Exteriors demonstrated exceptional professionalism at every level. As our painters once said, there are many ways to improperly install Hardie Plank and only one way to install it correctly. You can count on Restoration Exteriors to follow all the guidance to the letter and get it right. For an investment at the level, it's so important to make sure you're using someone you can trust.

They were absolutely wonderful, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better job.

Restoration Exteriors proved it's "Elite" status from the first day of work right through the completion of our project. There was never an issue with their product, their crew nor their work. They showed up to work each day (including several Saturdays), did the work we were told they would do and when they left, there was nothing left hanging. Everything was clean and in its place.Each day our family viewed the work completed and throughout the life of the project, not once did we find anything to complain about. The final punch list never happened as there was nothing to correct.We cannot say enough great things about Restoration Exteriors. The owners, TE and Jason are true professionals within their field. Their crew is the best we've ever had the pleasure to work with. We would strongly recommend Restoration Exteriors to anyone looking to make beautiful and quality improvements to their home.

They exceeded my expectations!

We had a great overall experience and the quality of work was excellent. Our historic home required a lot of prep before installation of artisian planks and the crew did a careful job and worked around needed insulation and new sheathing. The only downside to the project was that the original job planned for three weeks took over 5 weeks to complete so some patience was needed. Much of the time it was only two working, but Sean Penn handled every detail. We've built two houses and restored the current house and I would put this group near the top of the heap. The price was not the cheapest, but quality was our goal and they came through.

Hardie Shingles are well made and look fantastic. We chose this product based on durability, warranty and past experience of having this product installed on our parents house two years ago. Our house is a two story brick structure with approximately 3,000sqft and was built in 1969. The work was estimated to be completed in 18 days and took well over two months. I have no issue with the time, however, the job was not a priority for this contractor. We had multiple crews working at our house and they showed up irregularly or not at all. Communication on project status was spotty at best. We had no issue paying the extra money to install the high quality Hardie Shingles but feel like that we did not receive the level of craftsmanship that we paid for. In the end we still have issues to fix due to this job but will take care of it ourselves or with another contractor. Bottom line, if you have a small job they are fantastic but if you have a large or complex job you may want to look elsewhere. For me, I should of requested past customers references of similar size and scope before preceding forward.

The team at Restoration Exteriors had a big job with our project! New siding and windows through the entire home. We found the entire process to be excellent. The guys on site genuinely cared about their craftsmanship and keep us up to date on the progress. They worked non-stop and on many days and in some pretty cold weather as work was performed Dec, Jan & Feb. When questions on design with some tricky spots came up, they always checked with us and provided solutions and ideas. The final outcome is just excellent and they should be proud of the work they did. Near the end of the project I was very impressed with the clean up and their willingness to ensure all the small details were complete to our satisfaction. Further, they went above and beyond with a few odds and ends which were really outside the scope of the project. They say you get what you pay for and with Restoration Exteriors I think I got more!! You can not go wrong with this company!

We are very pleased with the like-new appearance of our house. The project was completed on time and on budget and the crew were extremely efficient.

If you want your home restored in a way that is beyond belief ... due to their technical expertise, personalized care, and exceptional attention to detail....these are your guys!

The work done was first-rate: the quality is evident throughout. But what was most impressive about this major remodeling effort was the comprehensive manner in which the proposed work was presented and the actual effort was accomplished.
