We were very happy the workmanship and professionalism of Halan and his crews. He helped us every step of the way in replacing our siding, new windows, painting, and installing a front door. They were also very good about keeping things cleaned up during the course of the project.

You know you have a good contractor when prior customers stop by the construction site to tell them how much they like their siding years after it was installed. Most of the crew knew which houses they had worked on in the neighborhood and when they did the work. Very satisfied with their job and have made a number of referrals to people who have stopped by asking for an opinion. They did a first rate job!

I am very happy with my new siding. Both the siding and painting crews have a strong work ethic and clearly take pride in their work. Hallan and his team were fast and efficient. They carefully pulled off the old siding near windows that had flimsy aluminum trim. There were a few areas that were damaged and Hallan pointed them out to me and assured me that the painting crew would repair them. He was always courteous and patient when I had questions. John leads the painting crew and he is absolutely amazing. He skillfully repaired the window trim and he was so meticulous with everything. John took such good care, as if he were doing the work on his own home. I walked around my house with him a couple of times to make sure the crew didn’t miss any spots and usually he was the one pointing out areas that needed touching up. John and Hallan were awesome and I would highly recommend Siding Unlimited because of them. As with any contractor, get everything in writing. When the job was finished and Arnie came by for payment, he added another $150 for Hardie light blocks. Luckily, I had emails showing that the light blocks were included in the original quote, so he backed off that charge.
