Baker Roofing Company is very professional, and their service and work quality are fantastic.

The Salesman was professional. The project manager, Robert Allen was excellent at communicating every step of the project. The crew was professional, conscientious and clean. We are enjoying our renovation and getting many compliments from neighbors.

The work, once completed, was fine. However, I dealt with too many people and important facts were often not convey between the various managers and the on-site crews. It appeared very disorganized.

They did very good work. When we had concerns, they addressed them very well.

I have already recommended them.

Our experience with Baker Siding and Home Repairs was above and beyond our expectations. There wasn’t a single interaction we were disappointed with. Communication was top notch and the finished results are beautiful.

Rob Holt supported the initial quote to install siding, gutters, and windows on my home; Josh Kelly supported the execution of the contract; Ivan and Oscar supported the construction and I could not have been happier with the outcome. Communication from the quoting process through final punch list items was top notch quality. I was very grateful that Josh, Ivan, and Oscar remained very cognizant of my need for my fiber internet to remain undisturbed while they were working around where the facilities entered the house. Kudos gentlemen!

I wanted Baker Roofing to do my project because of two things 1) Quality, it was going to be done right 2) They could handle all my project needs. We wanted windows, siding and gutters. Mike Healy, our project manager, worked very close with us. He communicated clearly and recommended things that I, as a homeowner, just wouldn't have seen. Was everything perfect? No, it wasn't. But what project is I highly recommend Baker Roofing, and if you're lucky, you'll get Mike as your project manager.

We purchased a home in May 2022, and we knew it needed a lot of exterior work. Baker Roofing did an amazing job in addressing all of our issues, from roofing to siding to stonework to deck repair. Their project managers were professional and communicative, and we had confidence that the work was being done right the first time. We added a few new items as we went, and our change orders were clear and reasonably priced. Overall, the work was excellent and they came in ahead of schedule and under budget. What more could we ask for?

Baker Roofing replaced siding on my house. The job was done on time and on budget. They cleaned up after themselves. Mike has communicated clearly with us, he was willing to explain the work that was to be done. I would highly recommend Baker Roofing.

I was impressed from the beginning to the end. The communication was outstanding throughout the entire project. The quality was fabulous and I was impressed with how clean the job site was. I would recommend Baker Roofing Company to anyone looking for a new roof, siding, or windows. 

Home Exteriors by Baker Roofing was performed with professionalism, good quality and daily communication. We were very pleased with all of their services from Bidding and Material Procurement through Demolition and replacement of all new Siding, Trim and Windows.

I talked with other roofing companies but none came close to Baker Roofing. In addition to the new roof, we knew we wanted higher grade insulation but on top of the roof deck so as to maintain the height of the attic space for future renovations. Baker was extra helpful in working with the manufacturer and developing the details to make everything work: new roof, much improved insulation, larger gutters and downspouts, and modified eaves.Both the Estimator Chad Petit and the Project Manager Pete Mandic were top rate! We are so happy with the finished project!

Baker staff lives up to their reputation and company’s motto of always good work. Their work ethic is impeccable, and their integrity and attention to detail is unrivaled. Baker recently installed HardiePlank on my home. I have high praise for all throughout the process starting with LaSonya in the office who answered my initial questions, Rob who provided the estimate and quickly answered my follow up questions, Pete who managed the installation taking care that all details were handled to perfection, Alex, Lonnie and Arnold, the installation team who took care at every turn to ensure the precision of the installation, the roofing crew who made sure the roof installed by another company several years ago was brought up to proper standards, and finally Marcos and his team who handled the finishing touches with the sealing and painting tasks. Pete was always a step ahead working with my schedule for a stress-free process, no small task. (After the job was finished, another service technician asked about the siding and finishing work because he was so impressed.) I am thrilled I chose Baker and highly recommend them.

Baker Roofing and specifically our Project Manager, Pete Mandic, provided exceptional customer service and quality products and workmanship. Every person who worked on our home was friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. Baker Roofing performed the following for us: roof replacement, gutter replacement, door and window replacement, siding and fascia replacement. I recommend without hesitation.

We would highly recommend Baker Roofing Company. They replaced our roof, siding, gutters, shutters and several windows. From start to finish, everyone was very professional, courteous, on time and detail conscious. Our sales representative was extremely thorough, took his time, followed up on numerous questions and revisions and never pressured us in any way. On a project this size, we of course had surprises, but our project manager was very thorough, explained all of the options and helped guide us to the decisions that made the most sense. He paid attention to details and communicated frequently. The crews were professional, friendly and conscientious. We are very satisfied with the work and the process overall.

Our house was almost destroyed by Hurricane Florence all due to previous poorly installed by a local roofer. Baker was amazing and did an outstanding job. We ended up replacing entire roof and sheathing, Hardie planked entire house from Vinyl, installed new windows and doors.
