Communication is severely lacking. I was also harassed about paying my bill. Following through with what they said they would do to finish the job. Extremely disappointed with this company. Multiple unreturned phone calls

I originally gave a very positive review when they finished as they did finish in two weeks and did not leave job to do another job. However after completion, salesman never came back for final checkup and discusion of the warranties. I called a few times but same as buying a car, once the project is done, they don't care. The construction crew as great, the office not so much.

They are very professional. They were responsive to any issues I had during construction.

The process was easy. The rate was very competitive and the crew did a fantastic job.

My experience with Capital Construction has been mixed: some issues with their sub-contractor for gutters. Did a terrible job and their largest mistake has not been fixed yet. What is worse: the mistake is on the front of the house. I might not have made an issue of it if it was on the back of the house; but it isn't. I can't say enough good things about the job supervisor John (usually called Jay) Avagianos; He was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond what I had expected. They should give him a raise! The sub-contractor electrician Henry Mazko, also gets 5 stars for the work they did in getting lighting installed and Nest Flood Light system installed. It was their idea and an excellent one. The crew that did the actual vinyl siding installation were on the whole, pretty good. However, they do need supervision and Jay, being multi-lingual was able to make sure the siding was done right. So yes, I would recommend them to a friend but with some caveats.

Work was completed on a timely manner

My wife and I recently hired Capital to completely reside our home with a combination of Hardie Board, and PVC (2022-2023 winter). We planned and researched for almost two years before moving forward with the project. We received quotes from 4 Hardie certified companies. Capital was hands down the most thorough right from the start. They were the only company capable (or willing) of providing a fully itemized spec sheet of literally every single piece of material needed for the installation. So no mysteries as to where your money is going. Our project was quite labor intensive, and time consuming, therefore we had the opportunity to get to know the team quite well. Jay Avagianos and Arlin Serano were particularly easy to work with, and the quality of craftsmanship was top notch. We demanded perfection from the team, and they delivered. When we had any concerns regarding quality, Jay & Arlin worked to adjust things to our liking. We went with a product which would give us a near lifetime warranty. Therefore, we sought out a company who we thought would be around in coming decades to address any warranty issues. We are confident they will be after taking a chance on them. Could not be happier with the whole process from the quote process, through the construction and the final cleanup. Nothing was left to chance with continual contact between the contractor and the homeowner from scheduling through the final walk through process. I built homes back in the 70s and these guys are pros!

All in all, I was not happy with Capital Construction. They quoted my windows incorrectly from the beginning, then added on to the quote before starting the work and bullied me into signing an additional work order because they already ordered the windows and wouldn’t do the work unless I paid them more. They also did additional siding work and charged me extra without my agreeing to the terms beforehand. I had numerous complaints from my tenants because the workers cut the cable lines and mis-measured repeatedly so myself or my tenants had to let them in several times over. A few times I met them on-site and we agreed to 7am, they showed up 1-2hrs late on multiple occasions. The project became a huge headache and made me regret not finding my own sub-contractors. In total they added on $9K to the original quote. Do not trust their original contracts!

I really enjoyed them. I only had a small job and they finished it in four days.

Although not the cheapest option, I thought their professionalism and excellent communication throughout the process was worth it.

Capital Construction Contracting Inc are very professional, courteous, and a good outfit all around.
