Everything was truly professional. They did everything they said they would do.

Patrick,I also want to let you know I am really impressed with HES, from the office staff to the guys working in the field. Communication has been excellent at all levels. Leslie and Vicky were very responsive when I called. Paul, has been on top of everything and has been great to work with. The foremen in the field were very easy to work with and I appreciated that they took the time to listen to my inputs and we worked together to find any underlying problems while do the siding that were roof related. This really was big deal to me and was one of the main reasons I chose to have you guys install my roof. I actually had another contractor lined up. I saw them do a roof on another house and noticed their inattention to detail and was concerned I would have to practically check on them every ten minutes to make sure nothing was overlooked. After seeing your siding crew work I was confident that the roofing crew would be just as diligent and attentive to detail and they were. Jesus and company were quick without compromising quality. Lastly the touch up done after the roofing job was done was greatly appreciated. Angel even took the time to clean up items that no one would have even seen.I have already recommended HES to my neighbor who is looking to have siding installed. Hopefully he gives you a call for his own benefit.I will be sure to let everyone know who worked on my house. HES has been the best contractor I have worked with.Regards,Paul P.

Great job! We made a few changes along the way and they were extremely helpful and accomodating.

Kudos to the salesman Bart, he was excellent in presenting the product and making it user friendly. Also, the foreman George, he was very helpful in answering any questions I had. He took time out to satisfy my questions. Excellent job for both of them.

From the initial sales meeting until final project completion, Home Exterior Systems, LLC kept me fully apprised of their scheduling and material deliveries. I was able to communicate with company representatives at any time via phone calls, emails, and the BuilderTrend software that they use.

The quality and professionalism exhibited by Home Exterior Systems was excellent. This includes the entire experience including sales, front office and most especially the project manager and crew. We highly recommend them to any one considering exterior upgrades.

After several quotes, HES produced a detailed and thorough quote for the work of residing my entire house. The price was very reasonable, the work and crew assigned to me were hardworking, thorough and kept things clean, before and after job. There was no slack, they worked as soon as they arrived 7:30am/8am until 6pm.Very attentive, very respectful/polite, questions were always answered. Jorge, Project mgr, was especially very detailed oriented which I greatly appreciated. No pressure, they let me have time to decide.Recently retired, this was a BIG deal for me since i will live here the rest of my life, and i do not accept work "halfway" done or just to get by.There are no perfect jobs of this size, but I would say this job was 99.9%. I would 125% recommend HES w/Bart, Leslie and Jorge, and his crew, to anyone who wants a great facelift for their home.
