Overall, one of the best construction groups we have contracted. Most of the project phases progressed at a good pace; the work product is excellent; the materials and finish are excellent; and our house really "pops" from the curb.

I was amazed at how smoothly the work went. No problems, no surprise charges, excellent installation on a 200 year old uneven house that now looks almost new. Roofs, gutters and siding took about three weeks. This company was awesome to deal with from the estimates to the final touches.

Excellent experience with this company to do full Hardieplank siding of 150+ year old house and replacement of two windows. There were a couple of a small snafu's but they were solved by Kepo, and they kept within budget (and the few things that were added on due to partially damaged areas were agreed upon before work continued. No unexpected and hidden costs, and an extremely friendly and courteous work crew. Communication with project manager when job started could have been better, BUT, I would highly recommend this company to anybody that considers Hardieplank and/or window installations. (A minor detail - better cleanup could have been done after the work was finished, we had to walk around with a magnet to get the last nails from the old siding that had been thrown down around the house.) But I definitely give them 5 stars, it was such a better experience than my worst fears! (We are also very happy with the Hardieplank material choice, the house is much warmer, less drafty, and quieter than before, a big difference!

Satisfied with final product, although project scheduling needs improvement. Quality of work is good.

Joe spent a lot of time with us at our first meeting showing us the different finish options for the siding, trim and soffits, and got us off to a great start. It was our first time ever doing this type of work on a house and we had a lot of questions and Joe was very helpful and patient. We narrowed our color choices down to a few at our first meeting and Joe was able to provide us the addresses of houses in our area that he had sided in these colors, so we could get an idea of what the colors looked like on a scale larger than a sample piece of siding. Joe's workers were great, they worked hard all day long, cleaned up after themselves, were as quiet as they possibly could be given the nature of the work, and they did high quality work. We were actually amazed at how quickly and well they finished our house. We also had Kepo Siding & Windows install new gutters for us, and they did a wonderful job with them as well. Kepo was responsive to all our requests and always got back to us in a timely manner, and every one we dealt with was nice. We would highly recommend Kepo Siding and Windows to anyone we know who needs to have their siding done.
