Overall a few minor issues, but in general good work and would highly recommend.

We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Patrick Exteriors. We had James Hardie siding installed, painting, a front door installed and a custom portico they created from a photo I gave them. They showed up on time, and even worked in frigid temperatures. They always showed up when they said they would. Robert Patrick and his site managers were great about communicating with us as our project progressed. We are very happy with the final results.

We have had to do a lot of work to our home over the past 5 years and I have never worked with a more conscientious, honest and responsive team, from sales through finishing details.

Patrick Exteriors did a great job on my project and was excellent and finishing out the detail work.

I am a Mechanical Engineer and come from a farming background as well as having experience with windows and doors. I expect good work and the effort by Patrick Exteriors exceeded my expectations. The owner and project manager made multiple inspectations and communicated well. I was particularily interested in their window and door installation (I also want to recommend the Marvin Integrity Wood-Ultrex also sold by Patrick Exteriors as a quality window). Doors are frequently difficult to get right and they took the time to get it right. Everything was square, straight and plumb.

We were pleased with the experience in working with Patrick Exteriors. It is rare to find a company that explains each aspect of the project, discusses options, and delivers with great results. Every member of the crew took pride of their work and was professional in working with us.

Everyone at Patrick Exteriors displayed a professional attitude and delivered quality workmanship. Their approach was evident throughout. They advised us on the best siding options for us, prepared an estimate of costs that never changed, advised us on the work schedule, notified our neighbors of the delivery of the dumpster and trailer, protected our landscaping, installed siding and painting work we think is of excellent quality. We recommend them highly.

It's a rare thing today to find a company that is professional in e Rey aspect of a project. But that is exactly what Patrick Exteriors did. From sales, to project management to the guys working in our house every day, everyone was competent, polite and professional. Well done, guys!

We had substantial siding repair/replacement done and our house painted by Patrick Exteriors. We used Angie’s list to find contractors for bids, and they were the most professional and reasonable of the groups with project cost being what I would have expected for the extent of work. Robert Patrick took time to explain the required work, listened to the our wants/needs, and made reasonable recommendations with explanations. There were a few items that were in our original plans and would have probably not been in our own best interest but he was very good at suggesting alternatives that better suited us in the end. Everyone on site was very easy to work with and did good work. They consistently checked to be sure we were pleased with the work and progress of the project and all workers were very polite and considerate. We are very pleased with the work done on the house.

Patrick Exteriors was extremely easy to work with. Josh, our project manager listened to my concerns, worked hard to solve problems. He kept me informed as the project moved along. The workmanship was outstanding. Companies with integrity are hard to find. This is an awesome company. Would be glad to talk with anyone who is considering Patrick's for a job.

Robert and Rick make a great team from project planning through production. Communication throughout the complicated project was phenomenal! We had an excessive amount of termite damage on a 1905 farmhouse we are renovating and I am very grateful I found Patrick Exteriors to team up with for the project! The James Hardie Arctic White color plus looks amazing!

Working with the staff at Patrick Exteriors was like a breath of fresh air compared to the contractors we have worked with on remodel projects over the years. They are organized, professional, prompt and do an EXCELLANT job! We will use them for all our future exterior jobs.

Our painted siding turned out beautiful. No surprises along the way, either, which is always a worry. Everyone who worked at the site was hard-working, courteous and pleasant.

Patrick Exteriors did an excellent job installing my new windows and siding. They attended to every detail and did everything they promised. I would recommend Patrick to anyone wanting a quality update to their home.

Description Of Work: Replaced rotted wood siding with Hardiboard siding, painted house, replaced 3 windows, installed new gutters, shored up deck, sealed deck and slight foundation repair where rebar was showing.Member Comments: Wow! Amazing job in terms of quality, communication, variety of services and professionalism!! This was an extensive project that took over a month to complete and required communication between several specialized crews. Robert and Don did a great job coordinating everything and keeping me informed. The crews were highly skilled and super hardworking. The siding crew would start by 7:30 am and sometimes not leave until 8 pm. Luis and his crew approached the work as though they were working on their own house. There were no surprises in terms of cost, construction or quality. Many of my neighbors have commented positively/enviously regarding the work. I would recommend Robert Patrick and Patrick Exteriors in a heartbeat!

My wife and i were extremely please with Robert Patrick and Patrick Exteriors. We had them here for three weeks, they did the roof and siding. They did an unbelievable job, all the employes are friendly, they cleaned up every day, and we get daily positive feedback from our neighbors about how good the house looks. We would give them the highest amount of praise. Their carpenters, gutter people, painters, roofers were all in sequence and there was no down days. It rained one day and they made up the time on the weekend. The estimated time was 3-4 weeks and it took only 3.Jim B.

The estimate was timely and accurate. We had not dealt with a siding company before. Kyle did a very good job of explaining the advantages of the James Hardy siding vs. all other types of siding. I appreciated his follow up before, during, and after the project. We had an issue with the paint not curing correctly due to cool temperatures. Kyle had the owner and a representative from the paint company come to the house to rectify the situation. The siding was repainted twice and, so far, we have had no issues.
