The salesperson, Brett, listened to all our preferences and then gave thoughtful options to finalize getting the results we wanted within our budget. The project managers Jason and AJ, showed me all the existing issues as they arose on our 70 year old home and answered my multitudes of questions to my satisfaction. Vince, the door and window tech, oversaw those replacements and assured the measurements were spot on so the installs went smoothly. The installation crew were respectful of my home and dogs and answered my questions during install. The final exterior renovation is exactly the style and look we wanted within the our budget.

We highly recommend Porter! They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We had a big project and they met all of our expectations. We felt very comfortable with the entire crew - their craftsmanship and attention to detail was on point. They were very mindful of keeping everything clean - inside and out. Went above and beyond. Zero complaints!

They did a great job on the exterior of my home. Electronics such as cameras and other electrical items were not put back correctly or were damaged. Therefore, I would recommend another professional to take these off and reinstall them. Also, cleaning up nails each day and other small debris was something I had to do every day.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the work. The crew's workmanship was excellent and was done on a timely manner. We feel we received good value for our siding project considering the quality product and workmanship. We have gotten many compliments about how great the house looks.

We highly recommend Porter Family Contracting, an elite installer of James Hardie siding. Many thanks to everyone involved, from Kevin, who helped us plan the front siding project, to site-supervisor AJ, Saul and the great, hard-working crew that did an excellent job replacing our stucco. They also re-sealed our windows as part of the project, and took care to place a protective barrier around the interior work spaces to keep out dust and debris as much as possible. AJ came by every day to go over the progress and answer any questions, and the crew neatly stored materials & tools and cleaned the job site at the end of the day. We're looking forward to additional projects on the other sides of our house. The Porter Family Contracting team beautifully transformed the front of our home, and it’s now a pleasure to pull into our driveway!
