Prairie Exteriors exceeded our expectations. Katie Cook is a knowledgeable and forthwrite sales person. She followed up as needed. Her friendly, business approach beat out 3 other competitors for our project. Eber and his crew were amazing. We could not have asked for a more professional, hard-working team. We are so happy with the end priduct.

The end product looked amazing and once we had the residential crew out they were polite, receptive, and professional. Communication between the company and the client could be improved, especially with scheduling. Clean up at the end was also disappointing as I am still picking up scrap material from my yard.

Communication on some days with non-English speaking crew was very difficult. Also, while Luis was very responsive at first, partway through the job he stopped responding to texts. I especially liked working with Mario and Martin who did excellent work.

Praire Exteriors has a great sales force. Their execution and on site production crew was superb. When a small issue came up afterward, one call was made and they fixed it promptly. I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the exterior work done on our house by Prairie Exteriors. We are particularly pleased with the immediate and satisfactory responses to questions and concerns we had about the project.
