Overall, was very pleased with the personnel and the completed project. The crew's workmanship was professional and precise. They went "above and beyond" in some instances. A few minor adjustments had to be completed after-the-fact. The managers followed-up until everything was completed satisfactorily. Communication could have been better during the process, however, that was also because of my inexperience with a major project. Because I have an older house, the few "corrections" occurred because their construction precision didn't account for the need to have the visual appearance take precedence.

I hired this company to install James Hardie siding on my house because the salesperson was professional, knowledgeable and a great relationship builder. Shortly before we closed, the company fired this over 65 year old woman. I moved forward because, in our estimation we were too far along to start over. The project manager wrote emails that were offensive to us and we asked that he no longer be involved in our project. The installation and painting teams were great, but we experienced no direct supervision of their work. I bought pizza lunch several times for these crews. The work was completed and the house looks good.

We were very happy. The suggestions were very good. The salesman was excellent, and the final product--the installation on the house looks beautiful. Even the neighbors have commented how nice it looks.

I am satisfied with the results. I would recommend the company.

Everyone at 5280 Exteriors was very professional. The salesperson responded very quickly after I contacted 5280. After talking to me and looking over my home, he came back with several options and always tried to work within my budget. My project manager communicated with me via email and phone every step of the way. The construction crew were friendly, and the work they performed was of a high quality and done on time. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and efficient, quality work.

Cannot say enough good things about 5280. The salesperson was very attentive to my needs & budget. The workmen were efficient & sometimes went beyond what they were asked to do. The work was finished in a timely manner & it looks great. They cleaned up the job site when they were done. All in all, very professional.

Very pleased with the final product! Marie, sales, was very thorough in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Being quite patient with us as we worked through funding issues. Bryce kept us updated on timing and the work crew was great. They showed up bright and early each morning and stayed until dark.

My first contact was Stephanie the office manager, and she was great to work with. Next came Guy who is a wonderful and helpful salesperson who dispelled all my reservations about the project. Next I met with Wade Kasman who is a real gentleman and very professional. Next came the crew who were a great bunch of guys who worked very hard to please my every whim. I am so totally satisfied with the project that I would highly recommend them all!

This was an amazing experience. I went into it fully prepared to fuss at some point. Never happened. The 5280 staff were incredible from the first phone call to the city code inspector. By the way, code inspection said they rarely get to see such craftsmanship and were wildly impressed. I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone.

We worked with Bryce at 5280 who was instrumental in ensuring our project was completed to our satisfaction. He was very easy to reach and responded quickly to our inquiries. Although the siding and windows took longer to complete than originally anticipated, this is somewhat expected given the nature of construction projects. Much of the work was to repair damage caused by the 2015 hail storm. Before construction started, we asked Bryce to review our insurance claim to ensure it correctly covered the repairs required. Without hesitation he worked directly with our insurance company. He felt their assessment was pretty accurate but wanted to review some measurements that he felt were incorrect. His efforts helped us recover additional money for our claim. Bryce and 5280 was also very accommodating in coordinating the siding project with a different company that was replacing our roof, to ensure the timing of the projects worked out and that the siding was completed to properly account for the new roof to be installed. Aside from the delays in completing the window installation due to one window showing up broken on the first appointment and the replacement being the wrong piece on the second appointment, we are very satisfied overall with the quality of 5280's work and Bryce was a pleasure to work with.

We had both siding (james hardey) and painting done. We were very happy with the siding installation which they accomplished quickly and the job was very well done. Only complaint is that they destroyed the window shutters and hauled them off without notifying us this would happen, forcing us to buy new ones. Also left some debris on the roof below where siding was installed (nails and such) after job was finished, which I mentioned to the project manager but it was never really addressed. On the painting they worked very quickly but there are places that needed an extra coat that didn't get it, although in fairness we have not addressed the issue with them yet since it is winter. But they do warrant their work so I'm assuming they will follow through.
