Excellent work. The product quality is very good (Marvin, Hardie, Provia). The installation was done very well and to my exact specifications.

The work was done very well. I am extremely pleased with the results. There are two problems that I have. One is that it took longer to get the work done than expected. The other problem is the existing materials are still in my driveway after two months.

We were extremely impressed. They were artisans. From top to bottom everyone was professional and friendly. They took the time to talk to us and show us what they were doing from the salesman to the end of the project.

Project includes installation of siding & windows. The siding is near completion, Windows scheduled to start in about a month. (Delay in windows due to supply chain issues). Siding looks great with a couple of punch list items yet to be completed. Tim the project manager has been responsive to issues that have arisen. Garcia's crew did a very good job of installing the Hardie siding

From start to finish our siding project went smoothly and as planned. Our project manager, Tim, was reachable when I needed him and a joy to work with. The crew who did the installation are true craftsmen and did an impeccable job. I couldn't be more pleased with how the job turned out. I'd recommend ALCO, and have, to anyone looking for a contractor who will do a quality job at a reasonable price.

Alco Products Co. did an amazing job on our roofing, Hardie Board siding, Azek siding, gutters, font door replacement, back slicing door replacement, painted window trim, and painted garage door. I found Alco Products by googling Hardie Board siding. I was impressed that the crew is specifically trained how to work with this product. I wanted a product that looked like wood and not vinyl siding. After seeing an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau site, with no complaints, I was ready to give them a call. After meeting with their salesman, Craig D. I was ready to do business. I was really impressed with him. He was professional, had good ideas, and wasn't high pressure at all. He also has really great design ideas and helps you make great decisions. The project Manager, Felipe, was wonderful to work with. He checked in quite a bit, and relayed any changes to the crew right away. He always answered my text messages and is a great communicator. The crew was always on time. They would set up at 7:30am and would leave by 6:30pm. Sometimes they would even stay until 7:00pm. There were many people in the crew, so the job got done before promised time. They were quick, efficient, and were great craftsmen. The crew were hard workers and great people. In December 2020, I started the design processes. Craig helped me pick PewterWood for the roof, Hardie Board in Ceadarmill Aged Pewter for the body color of the house with a 7 1/4 inch reveal, Azek in Mahogany by the front door and for the garage header. The downspouts and gutters are Iron Gray. I kept the corner trim pieces on the body of the house in Aged Pewter. The crew painted my window trim bronze and my garage door bronze(similar to iron grey color). The front door I choose was ProVia Signet Cherry Fiberglass Door Snow Mist on the inside and Coffee Bean on the outside. The back slider door I switched out my 6 foot slider for an 8 foot one. They even rerouted some electrical to make it happen. I am so happy with the outcome. My neighbours tell me how amazing it looks. One of my neighbours is getting their house done by Alco. Thank you Alco Products!!

I have now used Alco for two major projects, and one smaller one, and have been very happy with the quality and professionalism of their work. They always want to leave the customer happy at the end of the job and I have been pleased to recommend them to several friends and colleagues.

Shaun Tayman, my sales rep, was superb. I kept calling him to resolve issues, and he was very responsive.

We needed work done to mom's house and we needed it done quickly without sacrificing quality.The Alco Team CRUSHED IT. They did an outstanding job!Alco was able to take a two plus week job and get in done six days. This job included extensive work to the exterior of the home and an massive update to an interior room.Professional, dependable, timely and with an eye for quality; Alco couldn't have done a better job - especially as our needs were changing almost daily.If you are in the DMV and need work done, do yourself a favor and talk to the team at ALCO. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I could not be more happy with quality of work that was done. The entire process from start to finish was professional, on-time, and we got more than fair value for our money. The one thing I was particularly please with was the option of 0% financing for 18 months. A great way to spread out the payments.

Zak and the team from Alco were first-rate. Super responsive to my initial call. Zak explained his recommendations and didn't try to sell me something. In fact, he offered helpful solutions. He and his team were very friendly and communicative throughout the process. The crews arrived early and stayed on the job. The workmanship and the materials used were high quality. Five stars!
