I was expecting more reach out from the project manager and job foreman.

They were excellent to work with and addressed all of my questions. They also provided different options and detailed explanations.

Really great experience with American Home Renewal! We'd had a siding project for our 1916 Edwardian bungalow messed up by previous remodelers and AHR came in and made it right. Efficient, productive, communicative, and a good value overall, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing siding replacement.

AHR was completely professional from the first meeting through to the end of the project. Their quote was fair and in the mid-range of the 4 quotes we received. They started on time and completed the project on time. There were no add-ons or change orders increasing the price. All of the work was excellent, the crew was polite, professional and went out of their way to make a major demo project livable. They also made sure that everything was done correctly and kept us updated on any unusual issues as they progressed through the job. The salesman checked in with us and visited the site numerous times to track the job start to finish. The Hardie siding looks great and is of the highest quality; our house looks great. I would use AHR again and would recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with the service from American Home Renewal. The flow of the job was fast and professional. I have watched as other people in my neighborhood have had siding jobs drag on for weeks... not us! AHR showed up, knocked out the job, and were on their way. During the job, I was really impressed with the efficiency and work ethic of the crew. All of my [many] questions were quickly answered/addressed, so not only did I end up with a great looking house, but I felt comfortable throughout the process. Furthermore, part of our project required access through a neighbor's yard, and they treated my neighbors with courtesy and respect. Overall, a great customer experience.

They had excellent service compared to my previous experience with other contractors. We were able to communicate effectively. I asked them questions when we were setting up the contracts and they were honest about the contract.

I was extremely satisfied with American Home Renewal. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship was good. They were here when they said they would be, and the work was done when they said it would be done. They cleaned up everything. Nothing went wrong, which is unusual for projects like this.
