Josh Brandon was my contractor. He was amazing. Great communication and experience. I have have an older home that had a couple layers to remove. Josh did a great job or working through imperfections on my home to give it a great look. He was patient in explaining items to me and put them in a way that I could understand. I am extremely happy that he was referred to me by a neighbor for my similar project.

My Aztec Homes Inc Project/Sales Manager was Justin Webb. He was outstanding and communicated consistently from planning through completion. His crew was on time, professional, and the quality of work was 10 out of 10. The crew was very detail oriented and took their time to carefully measure, install, caulk, and paint the siding. We could not be happier with the overall process and finished product.

The entire team at Aztec was exceptional. Justin Webb in particular provided excellent service and catered to my every need. He was on top of all the details. I felt respected and well-guided through the entire process. I’d give the company an A+!

I would not recommend using this company. The people who installed the siding did a good job. The paint crew did an excellent job. The roofers, however, did a very poor job. There was a horrible rainstorm heading our way and instead of trying to cover the job up, they just worked until they were almost blown off the roof. One worker practically jumped off. It leaked where they did not get shingles up. Even worse, it leaked into our sun room which had been finished. The project manager, Matt Biedess, had them check the roof and they decided the shingles "had not had a chance to seal". This was not the case and it poured in the next heavy storm we got. They came back and fixed the roof but have yet to come back to fix the damage caused by the leak. I have been promised multiple times that they would return, but they never show up. I have been waiting 4 months to have this problem resolved.

Aztec did an excellent job installing cement siding. We did have a couple issues (as you'd expect from any install), but they were addressed to my satisfaction.

Justin, the project manager will promise you the world but will not deliver. He reminds me of the stereotypical buy here pay here used car salesman. A lot of talk! Watch out for the capped nails, especially in your driveway. The nails will also be in your yard so if you have a pet like we do it can be dangerous. I can say that the product is great and the install crew when they showed up preformed well. The painter was great! They did a truly professional job. The color lady that helped us pick out the colors was great too!

I was most satisfied with the crew because they worked all day to get it done quickly.

Again, it took a year to complete the project after multiple calls on my husband's part. When the original person came out, they put the wrong gutters on the house. There were multiple problems with the project, and with the time it took to complete it and the hassle, I would not recommend them.

We had issue after project started, salesman disappeared. Another person came finished project had issues to complete, said would be back in spring to correct issues. That didn't happen, still waiting, left several voice messages and no one has called back. Found this card in my office and doing survey.
