My initial interaction with BAK Brothers involved an exterior update to a 52 year old house - Hardie board siding, soffit/fascia, gutters, garage doors. I selected BAK, over two other companies, based on a neighbor’s recommendation and the professionalism of their salesman. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the finished product, the work ethic, attention to detail. I have had many compliments on the final product. Based on my exterior overhaul with BAK, I have engaged them in replacing all interior doors in the 5 bedroom house.

I am totally satisfied. Bak Brothers, Inc. was very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. The people that came and did the work had horrible conditions. It was raining, as it was the beginning of April, and it was like a monsoon here. They had to work in the rain with very unfavorable conditions. They showed up when they said they would, were very kind and very courteous, and any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. Bak Brothers, Inc. did the work, came and left. We are very, very happy and very pleased with the quality and professionalism of everyone we came into contact with.

Materials used and the work done was very nice in the end. Communication overall was very poor however. I had to manage the Project Manager myself many times. Requests for updates on schedule were often ignored. Very little proactive communication from Bak Bros on what to expect and when.

If there were 10's on this scale...I would give that rating to Bak Brothers for all aspects of my siding project. I utilized James Hardie Fiber Cement Board and could not be happier with the final outcome!!! The crew was extremely efficient and friendly...great to work with.

We had a great experience with Bak Brothers from start to finish. Artur, Norbert and the team were concerned about our needs and the successful completion of the job. They were very easy to work with and responded to any question or concern extremely quickly. The construction crew was pleasant and extremely conscientious with their work. The job site was cleaned up each day and they always communicated with us about their progress. I would highly recommend Bak Brothers for any exterior construction project. We will be using Bak Brothers for other projects in the future.They were truly concerned about our satisfaction with the project.
