From the first meeting throurghthe project we were kept informedofthe progress and any redproblems that were discovered and how they would be resolved

Materials used and the work done was very nice in the end. Communication overall was very poor however. I had to manage the Project Manager myself many times. Requests for updates on schedule were often ignored. Very little proactive communication from Bak Bros on what to expect and when.

Bak Brothers are real pros. Quality work. Responsive. Thorough. Prompt. We are very happy with their work. It couldn't be better.

If there were 10's on this scale...I would give that rating to Bak Brothers for all aspects of my siding project. I utilized James Hardie Fiber Cement Board and could not be happier with the final outcome!!! The crew was extremely efficient and friendly...great to work with.

Working with Artur & Norbert at Bak Brothers was a great experience. They finished a complete exterior update of our house to a very high degree of satisfaction. They always responded to any of my questions or concerns in a very timely manner. They are true professionals and very easy to work with.

We hired BAK Brothers to install Hardie siding, new patio door, basement windows and garage door. The whole process went very smoothly right from the start and up until the very end. Artur explained the entire process in detail and the communication during the installation phase was very good. The crew was very professional, polite and very very skilled at what they did. We recently contracted with BAK Brothers to replace our siding, windows and roof. Their crew exceeded expectations and were nothing but professional. They maintained their schedule and made it seem like a project was not even underway. The window and siding crews were amazing -they focus on quality workmanship down to every detail and delivered a quality completed project.

We found Bak Brothers very professional and responsive to our concerns. We needed the work done by a certain date to accommodate painting before the weather got bad. They made sure the job was completed so that the exterior painting could be scheduled.

our experience with Bak Brothers was excellent. There was some delays caused by weather but they kept me informed of schedule changes. The roofing portion was done in a day and a half and the dumpster was dropped off and removed with old roofing material within 24 hours (not tying up our driveway). next phase was trim, Siding and soffits. This was about a weeks work. Again done quickly and as i expected it to turn out. Very pleased with their team of polite professional Tradesmen!

I can't say enough good things about the whole team at BAK Brothers. Re-siding an entire house James Hardie is an expensive project in and of itself. After you add on replacing all the windows, doors, and rebuilding the back deck, and you are looking at a massive undertaking. To complicate things, we had some open areas around the foundation of the addition on the back of our house that needed to be properly sealed up. We contacted a number of siding and windows vendors but only Artur Bak consistently returned our calls and replied to emails quickly, answered questions, provided alternatives to customize our home, referred us to various sites in locations in our area where they were doing work, worked with us on the pricing, and had a good plan for addressing some of the unique issues with our home like the open areas around the foundation of the addition. Throughout the sales process, Artur made suggestions that we hadn't thought of and helped us to pick all the right elements for our desired final result. Once the project began, Norbert was an outstanding project manager who was on site most days when the team was working, and kept us informed every step of the way. Our house was built in 1953, so there were a few surprises along the way, which was to be expected. Each time an issue came up, Norbert and the crew addressed it with us promptly and worked with us to come up with the best possible plan to resolve it without completely blowing our budget out of the water. Andy and the rest of the crew performing the work were skilled craftsmen. The site was cleaned up at the end of each day and everyone responded quickly when we had a concern and made sure that 100% of the project was done to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with the final results, recommend BAK without hesitation, and look forward to working with them again in the future on other home improvement projects.

My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the job done. The workers were hard working and friendly and did a great job. We are very happy with the end result.

We were very pleased with our choice to use Bak Brothers for roofing and siding our house. We have a vintage house with a lot of contours and it was quite rundown on the outside. Bak Brother helped us transform the house into a beautiful gem.The quality of their work was top notch. The crews were hard working and kept the work site very clean. Ben Bak was very good to work with as we hammered out the contract, and we didn’t have any surprises during the project. Finally, our project manager, Norbert, really made the project move forward smoothly. Our only issue was that the project took longer than we expected, but I would rather have the work done correctly and with high quality than to just have it done by a certain date.We highly recommend Bak Brothers for anyone looking to contract roofing and siding work.

When we decided to add a dormer and redo the siding on our home and garage with Hardie Plank we met with 5 contractors. Bak Brothers provided the most detailed quote and walked through every step of the project including providing an architect for the dormer. The quote fit with our budget with the project and when we asked them to do a few extra things we immediately had an updated contract. Everything went well and the home looks fantastic. We get several comments every week from neighbors letting us know how beautiful the house looks or thanking us for improving the neighborhood. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the project that we did with Bak Brothers and would recommend them to anyone who asked.
