The folks at Baker Roofing were courteous, prompt, and flexible in scoping the project, obtaining the needed materials, and completing a pristine installation with minimal disruption.

Rob Holt supported the initial quote to install siding, gutters, and windows on my home; Josh Kelly supported the execution of the contract; Ivan and Oscar supported the construction and I could not have been happier with the outcome. Communication from the quoting process through final punch list items was top notch quality. I was very grateful that Josh, Ivan, and Oscar remained very cognizant of my need for my fiber internet to remain undisturbed while they were working around where the facilities entered the house. Kudos gentlemen!

We purchased a home in May 2022, and we knew it needed a lot of exterior work. Baker Roofing did an amazing job in addressing all of our issues, from roofing to siding to stonework to deck repair. Their project managers were professional and communicative, and we had confidence that the work was being done right the first time. We added a few new items as we went, and our change orders were clear and reasonably priced. Overall, the work was excellent and they came in ahead of schedule and under budget. What more could we ask for?

I was impressed from the beginning to the end. The communication was outstanding throughout the entire project. The quality was fabulous and I was impressed with how clean the job site was. I would recommend Baker Roofing Company to anyone looking for a new roof, siding, or windows. 

I talked with other roofing companies but none came close to Baker Roofing. In addition to the new roof, we knew we wanted higher grade insulation but on top of the roof deck so as to maintain the height of the attic space for future renovations. Baker was extra helpful in working with the manufacturer and developing the details to make everything work: new roof, much improved insulation, larger gutters and downspouts, and modified eaves.Both the Estimator Chad Petit and the Project Manager Pete Mandic were top rate! We are so happy with the finished project!

Baker staff lives up to their reputation and company’s motto of always good work. Their work ethic is impeccable, and their integrity and attention to detail is unrivaled. Baker recently installed HardiePlank on my home. I have high praise for all throughout the process starting with LaSonya in the office who answered my initial questions, Rob who provided the estimate and quickly answered my follow up questions, Pete who managed the installation taking care that all details were handled to perfection, Alex, Lonnie and Arnold, the installation team who took care at every turn to ensure the precision of the installation, the roofing crew who made sure the roof installed by another company several years ago was brought up to proper standards, and finally Marcos and his team who handled the finishing touches with the sealing and painting tasks. Pete was always a step ahead working with my schedule for a stress-free process, no small task. (After the job was finished, another service technician asked about the siding and finishing work because he was so impressed.) I am thrilled I chose Baker and highly recommend them.

Baker Roofing and specifically our Project Manager, Pete Mandic, provided exceptional customer service and quality products and workmanship. Every person who worked on our home was friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. Baker Roofing performed the following for us: roof replacement, gutter replacement, door and window replacement, siding and fascia replacement. I recommend without hesitation.

We have a 27 year old home that had Masonite siding. The roof, siding, windows, doors and gutters were all original. The siding had never been painted; you could see the nail pops and water damage. We decided after several estimates, to hire Baker Residential for a new 50 year architectural roof, vinyl windows, 5 exterior fiberglass doors, Hardie board Color Plus siding and trim boards, gutters and gutter guards. We are extremely pleased with the products and how they were installed. They took extreme measures to protect the entire home. We were also very pleased with everyone involved with the project, from the salesman, project manager and all work crews. Everyone treated the project as if they were working on their own home.

In general, it was one of the best professional experiences I've had with a roofing company. I'm a general contractor and I've used many over the years and, by far, they outperformed anybody else that I've used.

Baker Roofing is a very professional and highly knowledgeable company. They truly have a desire to do a great job and they have a staff with excellent workmanship to support it.
