We were renovating our old house exterior and because we only had a rough sketch my husband and I had made, we were worried about our idea not being conveyed properly. Blue Jay made sure the communication flowed and that they understood what we wanted. They never made us feel we were being a bother if we wanted them to explain concepts a second time or for making sure everyone was on the same page. That really put us at ease. Their work was done in a timely manner and the crew's behaviour was very professional, which as a stay at home mom was really important to me. They were amazing! We're really happy with the outcome!
