We had some hiccups at the beginning, during, and after, but they did take care of it.

Bordner was fantastic! We love our beautiful garage siding and can’t wait to have our house get new siding as well. They were clean and did a beautiful job finishing all the little details.

The house looks a lot better from the outside due to the siding job. I guess it's a good value because of the materials and workmanship guarantees. However, based on what I observed during the house wrap installation stage, I have concerns about how adequately things that are now covered up were installed, including how much flashing tape was used and how much, if any, the house wrap overlaps at seams as specified. Because it's something I can't see, it's going to be a source of anxiety in the future wondering if wood is deteriorating underneath the fiber cement board siding. There is peace of mind in knowing I won't have to pay for repairs if the installation was inadequate, but that doesn't stop the concern about needing to do another major project down the road.

Overall, I am really pleased with the transformation of my house and what the project did. It looks like a new house. I am really pleased with the final product. I called Brian one night and he actually answered my call. I was expecting to leave a message. They were always really good about taking my calls and getting right back to me. Most companies don't do that.

We started conversations at the very beginning of Covid. We met outside, in masks, and felt quite comfortable with the salesman. The team members that worked on our home, and the project manager were just fantastic. I highly recommend.

I would recommend them for the roofing but not the siding.

Just simply, they are an outstanding company. They keep their word. They find ways to cut cost volume.We didn't like the colors they had, so we got it unpainted. The man they had with them, though, painted it the color that we had before for 30 years. It saved us money and looked better--rather than them putting up the boards.
