Our experience with VanWeelden Co replacing our home siding was a smooth process and we are very satisfied with the final results. The entire team exceeded our expectations with extra attention to any areas of concern. The quality of work is first class diligently following the James Hardy installation guidelines. Our account rep Matt was present every day overseeing the installation and advising the crew on areas of concern. Everyone working on our project was courteous and the site was continuously cleaned as they worked. The crew was very professional, their carpentry skills get an A+. We would definitely call them again.

The crew was very good at what they did. They cleaned up every night and kept the job site very clean. They seemed to be a good team with everyone knowing what his individual task was. You could tell it wasn't their first rodeo.

I will always recommend Brad Van Weelden Company to friends and family. We have used them on several roofing and siding jobs in our neighborhood and have never been disappointed or had a regret. Their crews are very hard working, and the communication with the office and project managers is easy. On this project at 730 16th street, we did a very large James Hardie re-Side and used the Colorplus product. We could not be happier with the results. I don't know of any other contractor that operates as well as they do, and we appreciate them very much.

We were very pleased with the outcome of our exterior home remodeling/updating project. The project consisted of replacing the existing siding, trim, and soffits with Hardie siding & shakes, removing and replacing the front porch including sidewalk replacement, removal of brick front & replacing with stone, replacement of front & rear entry doors, and replacement of attached garage doors. Matt was easy to work with and kept the project on schedule. Although we had a particular design chosen, Matt's experience was particularly helpful to fine tune some of our ideas to make the project even better than we had expected and guided us away from trouble in some cases. The crew were craftsmen of their trade and were exceptionally detailed with their work and always arrived at the job site on time. There seemed to be good communication between Matt and the subs because the subs always arrived when needed. We could not be any happier with the results that Brad VanWeelden Company has given us for our residence and would highly recommend them for your home improvement needs.
