The only issue that I had, were several delays in completing the work. This was largely due to the weather. I would strongly suggest a firm commitment on the completion date!

Our condo association in South Boston has contracted Capital Construction for many projects, most recently a siding renovation. The crew removed several layers of very old siding and replaced with a high quality fiber cement from James Hardie. Everyone we worked with at Capital Construction from sales and admin, to the on-site project manager, to the guys doing the work were professional. They kept on schedule and were always available to answer questions. The job site was kept safe and cleaned up at the end of every day. The project cost was a bit more than other local contractors, however, was well worth paying a slight bit more due to the quality of work and quality of people involved. They are nice guys, professional and responsive -- and that is very helpful when engaging in such a major renovation. The new siding looks beautiful and has helped solve drafts and leaks we were experiencing in the past. We are very pleased with the work. would recommend Capital construction to others considering construction or renovation projects.

Capital Construction completed a fairly large project for me consisting of a new roof, new HardiePlank siding, and new rear porches. They deployed a roofing crew first and then subsequently followed with a siding crew. Both crews were excellent and I appreciated the attitudes and attention to detail of both supervisors. The roofers wound up installing a new roof that looks fantastic and they even applied extra ice and water protection for me. The job site was astonishingly clean and I could not find one roofing nail left on the ground during or after their work. The siding crew followed quickly after and again displayed a very high degree of professionalism. They quickly removed the old shakes and trim and did a great job installing the new siding. They installed new rear porches that are much more sturdy. I was able to develop a good relationship with the project manager and he was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had during the project. The finished result looks fantastic and I could not be happier with the work of both crews and the whole support team.

Very professional company to work with. Everyone I dealt with was very responsive and able to answer any questions/concerns in a timely manner. They were also reachable via phone, e-mail, and text which speeds up the communication process. The guys doing the work did a great job, left the site clean every day, and I was very satisfied with the final product.

This was a very satisfactory experience from start to finish. We had our house re-sided, four windows installed a new asphalt shingle roof on our kitchen extension. The work is excellent, no nasty surprises on the way, schedule and estimate were kept to. There were a couple of added things to take care of but these had been anticipated in the contract which spelled out exactly what the cost would be if they arose. Communication was clear and timely, the crew were organized, polite, efficient. All in all I only have good things to say. After some less than happy experiences in the past I'd happily use Capital Construction again and have no reservations in recommending them.
