Coldstream was initially great. The bid was competitive. The communication up to the scheduling of the work was great. The crew did an excellent job with the project. There were a couple of minor issues that required some follow up. I was not troubled that the minor issues occurred. Things happen on a project of this size. But, I made the mistake of immediately paying the entire bill without any hold back. Then, it took almost three months to resolve the minor issues that arose during the siding project. Overall, I was very pleased with Coldstream. I would use Coldstream again, and I would recommend Coldstream. However, I would also recommend that money be held back until absolutely everything is completed to your satisfaction.

I had several bids, one cheaper, but I knew Coldtream had more experience in James Hardie siding and it was warranted. Great finish product and numerous compliments from neighbors and friends

We used Coldstream for an entire exterior remodel including: complete exterior removal and remodel, new deck, roof, gutters, and basement. Our GC was great and did a great job coordinating everyone. The workers were all professional and skilled. We are very happy with the result. They have also been relatively diligent about tying up loose ends after the completion of the project. It was a complicated job with many moving parts and it was executed well. We would use Coldstream Exteriors again.
