In our early discussions I had expressed concern about some shoddy points in our current siding locations. The response from your representative was, “If we find it isn’t right, we’ll fix it!”That statement convinced me that we were going with Craftsman’s Choice! We have not regretted that choice for one moment.

The team was professional. The installation was the best quality. Steve, the project leader onsite, was top of class.

They did an excellent job for us.

Up to now I've always handled my own home repairs but my age and the extent of the work needed on this house forced me to seek professional help. I wanted to improve the quality of our home and I believe the James Hardie siding and fiberglass Marvin windows are a big improvement over the vinyl siding and vinyl windows we took out-not only in appearance but the energy savings have been dramatic. The siding crew was top notch, I like how they consulted us when there were optional ways to do things. Extensive rot repair caused by the builder's shortcuts were accomplished at less than half the cost my wife and I were expecting. The window crew did a fine job as well but there are two that have defects and Marvin's repairmen are really slow to respond. I was going to ask Craftsman's Choice if we could hold a couple thousand back until the windows are serviced but on their own they said they would not invoice us for the final 50% of the window cost until the repairs are complete-again we have been amazed at the high level of customer service this firm offers.

From top to bottom the organization and the quality of work was exceptional. We were amazed that they even worked when the weather was not so great. Communications were great and we actually got our project done long before we expected. I highly recommend them for any project you might be considering.

We selected Craftsman's Choice because they were professional and capable of handling all aspects of our project. The installations for the siding and window/doors were efficient and extremely well done and the contractors were excellent and we are just anticipating the completion of the rock to give the whole project a thumbs up.

All the people I dealt with at Craftsman's Choice were super professional. The work was done in a timely manner. It was done to the utmost satisfaction and we'll definitely use them again. All the workmen were extremely hard working, and the site manager was an absolute pleasure to work with.

The entire project from the planning stage to completion was perfect. Everyone who worked on my home was very professional. Communication throughout the project was great from the salesman, project manage and contractors. The finished product is second to none.
