I ordered new windows throughout the house and the service and product quality is everything a consumer would want!

They failed to start on time, sub-contracted the job to people who hung board that was obviously defective even to the untrained eye, assigned me a project manager who did not communicate and failed to return calls, took a long time to repair the shoddy work while they haggled with Hardie over who would pay for the repairs and how much. Then, after all that anguish, never offered me any kind of financial consideration. To be honest, I never asked and it was probably because I don't need their money and I just wanted them to go away. If this company was professional they would have said, "Greg, we're sorry all this stuff happened. We'd like you to pay us $XXX less for your troubles and, again, we're very sorry." Nope; didn't happen. The owner said he was sorry because he was well aware of all the problems but he happily took the whole amount and left.

I am overall satisfied with Custom Exeterior's workmanship and onsite teams, However, there is an area of improvement when it comes to the final completion of the project.

Jesse was wonderful to work with! He was professional, his crew was professional, the job was done in a timely manner, and all of the questions and concerns that I had were addresses immediately.

We loved the whole crew there. They were amazing, quick, and efficient. The owner was on-site to check on everything. It was a great experience!

Don't work with these guys. They're only interested in the money. The quality of work was poor. They basically upset everyone they worked with.
