The sales person was very personable and informative. The workmanship of the sub-contractor was very good, they explained what they were doing and made sure the area on my house with dry rot was completly replaced. I went with the prepainted product love the color my house looks brand new. My only issue was with my outside lighting and electrical outlet, the sub-contractor does not do any electrical, it took me 6 weeks to get this resolved with DeBella. In the end DeBella did pay to have the light and outlet reinstalled, but I feel their response could have been more timely.
