The Direct Siding management and employees completed the project as promised and were prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Their craftsmanship was superb. The line of communication was excellent. I feel like we got 8 hours of work for 8 hours of pay. They agreed to come back at any point in time to do anything that might be needed as far as touch ups and/or addressing our concerns.

this was my first exeperince with Direct Siding and it was great. The team worked well with the occupants and the site management team. Manageing a project from 16 hours away is difficult but the DS team made it easy with great communication of problems and solutions.

I had wood siding on my garage and the fight with woodpeckers was never ending. I armored the exterior of garage with 1/4 hardware cloth, and they still managed to drill baseball sized holes in the walls.I called Siding and they came right out to take a look and do some measurements. Scott and Aaron are awesome. Fantastic customer service. After an email or two, all of my questions were answered. Their quote was very compettitive. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly. So fast that I didnt have time to get my gutters taken down. No worries. They worked around them and did everything except where the gutters were. After I had the gutters taken down they were nice enough to come back out a second time to finish the job. No extra fee. The guys (and gal) on the crew were great. They must all have OCD, because their work is as fast as it is meticulous. The siding and fascia look amazing. And they did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves.It turned out better than I imagined. I couldn't be happier.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Direct Siding Idaho as a first choice for siding. They're good at going from start to finish. When things come up, and they can't complete the job right away, they are very open to being flexible. I appreciate that. I highly recommend them. They are friendly people, and they're good listeners. They don't pick the price based on the area you live in. It's refreshing when you have a company like Direct Siding where everyone wins. There are very few weak links in this organization. I applaud the owner.
