Unfortunately we needed remediation on a fully wrapped stucco house. We interviewed 5 different contractors & selected Edward Griffin Masonry. We could not have made a better choice. His price was very competitive and although he was not the least expensive we felt he offered the best value. He gave us options on materials to use at different price points and we selected Hardy Plank, real stone veneer, some metal roofing for accent, Azek and Hardy trim, we also opted for new windows as there was no additional charge for installation.He started on time and had a crew on the job every day throughout the duration of the project. The crews were meticulous, courteous and worked very hard, no nonsense. What was very impressive was the seamless scheduling of the crews that made the project flow smoothly. The project was completed in about 6 weeks which was beyond our expectations for a 3700 sq. ft. house. Edward also helped with suggestions along the way with colors and options. He also gave us great pricing on additional work, for example a beautiful slate front porch. As beautiful as the exterior of the house is what is most impressive is the water management, flashing etc. under the façade to insure water penetration will never be an issue again. We made a great choice in hiring Edward Griffin Masonry. The project was done correctly the 1st time, on time and on budget. Highly recommended!
