Elite Home Exteriors was unbelievable. Not only were they courteous, kind, punctual, and did impeccable work, but Elite Home Exteriors went above and beyond and went out of their way to satisfy their end of the contract and keep us informed along the process to make sure it got done in a way that we were elated.

Ian was the most thoughtful and informative contractor, giving me the understanding of my options and the process to replace my siding. I was thoroughly confident with the level of communication throughout the project.

From the first conversation to the final inspection, Elite surpassed our expectations.

Ian and his team have been wonderful throughout our exterior remodel (siding, paint). We have had great communication the entire time which is wonderful since this is a rental property that we do not live in. Their workmanship is very thorough and clean and happy to problem solve the unexpected. They are prompt and are on site when they say they will be there. Could not recommend them enough!

I have never replaced siding on my house, to be honest I never had a project done this big to my house. Elite Home Exteriors made the process easy to understand and answered all my questions and concerns. This is a professional outfit that caters to great quality and service. Elite Home Exteriors did great work from start to finish. They installed James Hardie Sierra 8" on the backside of the house, replaced a section of T1-11 siding on another part of the house, and did a complete paint job. We were are very happy with the project and who we chose to do it.

Ian, Nick, and the crew were excellent to work with! They continued to follow up on all the million details until every single thing was done, worked forever with our insurance company, answered every one of my massive pile of questions with record speed, and did stellar work. We had a big project following damage from an ice storm, and these guys made us feel like we were in good hands the entire time. I've been recommending them to everyone I know and couldn't be happier.

The fact that my lawn had been destroyed with the way they took care of it, and stuff like that. The workmanship was outstanding. I would give them a lot of credit for that. It was expensive, and I paid them when they needed to get paid. It was more than I thought I'd have to pay, but it was fine. The workmanship was great, but all the other accessory stuff not wearing masks, not being vaccinated, leaving a mess on the yard and not completing the job, I just could not recommend them for anybody. I would say that they do not respect COVID protocol. They did a really good and great quality job. The painters they hired to come and do that were the best painters I'd ever seen. If I left a public review, it would destroy their business and that would be vindictive. I think it is important that they know they screwed up. When they are doing work outside, not wearing a mask and not being vaccinated is probably ok, but the fact that they came into the house and were not vaccinated and really not telling me they were not vaccinated until later was totally unacceptable. I really do appreciate the workmanship they did. I think they did a really good job. It is just the whole thing with COVID and destroying my lawn was not cool. It was not cool at all, and they need to know that. If they fixed those two problems, I would give them a five-star rating.

Elite is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Everyone is amazing and the work top notch! Bart really explained what I was getting/paying for. My house looks amazing now! A special thanks to Vicky for looking into getting a loan for me to do this work!

The guys with Elite Home Exteriors were fantastic to work with! They were extremely helpful, professional and hardworking. They made the process as easy as possible for me from start to finish. They made sure I always knew what was going on. If I had any questions about the process they were very patient in their explanations and responded quickly. I felt that what they charged was very reasonable, and they went above and beyond what was expected. If I ever needed more work done, I would absolutely choose them again. I have also received a number of complements from neighbors who really like the updates.
