We are very happy with the entire project and the windows.

I have called and called and called. I have called numerous times throughout the fall. I feel I've been lied to by everyone I've spoken to on the phone. Their typical response is that it'll be done by next week--'by next Wednesday; we have you on our schedule'--but none of that happened. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. The worst part of it is that--I understand that the painting could not be completed because now it's very bad weather, though it should have been completed when the weather was good, but the worst part is they left the downspouts hanging off the side of our house. Now it's pouring rain with winter weather, and we have water pouring out the downspouts.
